We started with pupusas as an appetizer and let me tell you they never disappoint they are definitely one of my favorites in Charlotte.
It was my first time trying the soup it was pretty good.
My son said the torta de pollo was ok.
My daughter enjoyed her rice and beans.
Good customer service, good food, decent prices.
Also they have a bakery and products from El Salvador!
Def worth a try.

Their Salvadoran bread selection is delicious. They’re not sweet nor bland just perfect. Their Revueltas pupusas are the best in my opinion.

Finally!!! Decent pupusas! If a place offers you pupusas and they don’t have revueltas as an option it’s not an authentic place. This place has great pupusas and served them revueltas. Hubby had baleadas and he enjoyed them. The DRINKS!!!! Oh my! On point. Central American horchata and tamarindo were great. Definitely will come back.

We had a very nice time. Samantha and Edwin were such good hostesses. The food was very good, and I do look forward to returning again real soon.

Great food, affordable prices. The staff here is extremely attentive and friendly. I eat here often and have never been disappointed. Only con I can think of is that soda doesn't get refills because they serve it from glass bottles. They also have a section that sells all kinds of breads and pastries.

The service can be wishy washy b/c they only have 2 waitresses one on each side. That makes it hard when they busy which is all the time as their food is BOMBBB

They have good food. Also, they seem to have a good community connection. The owner knew half the people that
came in for lunch takeout.

The prices here are way too high. I had to pay $60 for a meal for me, and my girlfriend didn't even order any drinks.

You feel as though you've arrived in El Salvador. Authentic Salvadorian food that reminded us of San Salvador and El Tunco. The service was great; friendly and attentive staff.

Absolutely try the pupusas (bean and cheese), shrimp salad, plantains, and Horacha. (All gluten free). We love this place and will be back every time we crave pupusas.

The building and decor are in definite need of some up keep. The service wasn't bad, they were there when needed.

We order the breakfast combos 6 and 7. Mine consisted of scrambled eggs with vegetables, carne asada, chicharron, crema, tortillas and beans. Her meal had chicharron, pupusa, crema, tamale and yuca.

We enjoyed our meals and you get a lot of food. Ours came out to be $16.

We love this place. Our company, Green Branch Construction, comes here weekly. The Pupusas are amazing and very affordable...well, really really affordable! Jose, one of the managing partners, is Salvadorian and he gives this place two thumbs up! He introduced me to their Pupusas and I've since had my friends and family meet me here!

Fantastic. This place is great! Hands down better than any of the places on Central Ave. The tamales were perfect (and huge). 3 for 5 dollars, on special. Their slaw was really good, and not too heavy on oregano like they seem to prefer in the restaurants on Central. The bean, cheese and pork pupusa was the best pupusa I've ever had anywhere, period. The cheese and loroco pupusa was good also. (loroco is a San Salvadoran flower, which added a unique wonderful flavor to the pupusa). I was full after 2 pupusas and one tamale. I took the other 2 tamales home, and they will be all I can eat for lunch tomorrow. I can't wait to return to this place to try more of what they have to offer.
