When I got home with my order, I realized I was short one sandwich and a drink. After we ate what we had, I went back.
Not only did the manager replace the missing items, she gave me a FREE second sandwich and two free pies.
AND... she did it with a smile on her face and a sincere smile on her face!
Additionally, the whole crew seemed to be happy in their jobs!

I went inside on my way to church for an egg mcmuffin. I couldn't believe the delivery drivers that showed up and got ahead of me. I literally had to grab someone's attention to ask if I needed to go through the drive thru in order to get my meal. I got my sandwich in a few minutes.

The crew was very nice, atmosphere was clean, and my food was fresh and hot! They even put my food in the bag so neatly. It’s the little things that counts.

Best McDonalds I’ve ever been to!! The employees seem genuinely happy and have great customer service skills. AND their ice cream machine is never broken :) I love that this one is so close to my house, I look forward to going there— it’s a very pleasant experience!

I wanted to give a bad review for this McDonalds. I was in the Drive-Thru line for a ridiculously long time, and that was the second time this has happened in the past few weeks. But both times were because of unreasonable customers who tie up the line demanding to speak to a manager and not leaving or pulling forward. As soon as the troublesome customer moved on, the line moved easily. Of course, I was annoyed at the wait and by selfish clientele, but I understand most fast food places are understaffed these days. Frankly, my McDouble today was the best I've ever had!

McDonald's has lost a step service wise due to them trying to force the patrons to use the self order kiosk but once you get past that everything was as it should be. No complaints

The staff was so friendly it was very refreshing to have that kind of service and personal attention at a McDonald's store. Clean and accommodating especially again for fast food. I had to perform an interview and needed the space and the folks there were just wonderful. And of course yes the food was prepared well and as good as any I've ever had at a McDonald's

Went to this McDonald's on February 13th at about 7 o'clock and had the best encounter I've ever had at a McDonald's. The entire crew was polite and very awesome. I think that entire crew deserves a raise Based on their performance I was blown away.

The 2 beautiful ladies that worked the windows tonight (11/2 1:00am) are absolutely wonderful. I pass multiple McDonald's on the way home from work, but I go out of my way to go to this McDonald's. I've experienced them both multiple times and have been so moved by how wonderful they are. Honestly, all of the people working tonight are so pleasant. Very nice experience to have repeatedly at this McDonald's. People like them need to be called out for their hard work. This place has really stepped it up in the past few months!

These people here straight up suck. Besides being lazy monkeys, they're racist. Wendy Rios is a hispanic female who was verbally abused by the drive tru employees recently. In her page and mine you can find the video of the drive thru personnel insulting the lady. The lady asked for a manager and you can see how another lady claiming to be the manger shows no interests in handling the situation. I dont understand you can put such ignorant, low life, unprofessional people with no work ethic. The lady kept her cool. Never insulted them back even though they were acting as monkeys in there natural habitat.

Not only did I just get off work, but I came here for breakfast.. My meal was
$15.53 .. So I gave her 20.53 . My change given back was $4.99... ????? Really..
We had ordered a #15 which comes with two burritos, so we ordered an extra One. When we got our meal after driving off, we noticed We Never actually received The third burrito That we paid for.. On top of that my number two, egg,cheese,sausage was burnt to shit..
I just got off of a 15 hour shift. All i wanted was some fast food done right.. I guess waffle house would of done better, or a PB&J.

I came here this morning for breakfast and had the best experince ive had at any Mcdonalds in years. Michelle one of your managers was amazing and put a smile on my face. I will be coming back just because of her.
