Young man and two young ladies were working. The guy was busy making his own sandwich I guess getting ready to take a break. I told the first girl that I wanted a foot long Black Forrest ham sandwich. She asked the other girl to come make my sandwich because she had to check out a customer. I told her I wanted Black Forrest ham sandwich. She started adding roast beef! I pointed at the ham and asked what was that? The other girl walked by and said ham. The girl continued making roast beef. At the register I ask, so if what you fixed was "Black Forrest Ham" where is the roast beef. She pointed at the shredded steak and huffed, that is the roast beef. It was obvious that she did not listen during training. I took the roast beef sandwich and vowed this was strike three for this store. I won't be back. Oh, and don't call. No one ever answers the phone.

I tried this Subway for the1st time. First if all the lady who appeared to be the owner/manager seemed like she did not want to be there. I ordered a 6 inch turkey. The lady (manager/owner) started making my sandwich on a 12 inch peice of bread. Once I reminded her it was 6 inch she cut it & took off ALL of the meat. She counted out 3 slices of turkey to use on my 6 inch... thats all she used. She barley gave me veggies. After she finished my order, I saw her touch her nose, the register & take my cash with her plastic gloves on. Then she started on the next sandwich WITHOUT changing her gloves. I intentionally watched. I will never eat at this Subway again.

Lazy guy works here. Always has open sign lit up but when you walk through the door the guy says 'were closed'. No lie this has happened at least 5 times. Major disapointment.
NVM! Maybe new ownership? The Ladies that work there are excellent, they take the care of prepping your sandwich as well as they probably do for themselves, and very nice people in general. I had initially left a 1 star, because that guy that was running it was doing a poor job. These ladies rule

This was labeled as cherry coke it's just cherry flavoring and me and my brother at in the restaurant and were having to listen to trap music and a song about a girls period spell as my food I ordered a Turkey italiano which was made with Turkey and cheese that's it no italiano to be seen. owner you need to revamp your store

If there was an option for a zero, that is the rating I would give … I ordered for delivery and my order was missing a drink and two packs of chips. One sandwich order was incorrect. I called the store and the “manager” refused to refund my card for the unreceived items and the wrong sandwich. Then, had the nerve to hang up on me.

LONG DETAILED REVIEW: By far the WORST subway I have ever been to. My fiancée and myself met working at subway over ten years ago and we still love subway to this day. We are very lenient on criticism with most subways. BUT this subway made me leave my 2nd ever 1 star review. We have been here three times and all three times it got progressively worse. All three times we were served by the same gentleman who seemed like an owner or a manager. All three times he did not have a mask on when we were in the store. The first two times we ate in store and you can tell he just didn’t want to be there when making our food. Hell, I didn’t even want to be there after he made my food. It wasn’t awful, and tasted fine. The last time we decided to try the mobile ordering for subway for the first time... worst decision ever. Picked up sandwiches and obviously he still has no mask on. Got home and I have never seen such poorly put together sandwiches, 1 drop of sauce on both, half of the sandwiches weren’t even in the bread. One of them was white flatbread and it was wheat and UNTOASTED with egg. Completely cold and you are required to toast any flatbread. It was awful. The other sandwich had 4 toppings total, I don’t mean 4 different toppings, I mean one piece of each topping. I swear this was intentionally awful as there is no way you could even of done this bad of a job out of laziness. It’s unfortunate because we just moved here and this is the subway down the road from us and we will never go here again. Sending this over to corporate as well because I hate when a franchisee does this bad of a job for the company.

The manager was not wearing a face mask and he coughed when he was preparing my sub. He tried to turn his head, but it was too late and he coughed all over the sandwich he was preparing as well as the meats section. I asked another employee if all of the employees were supposed to wear masks. She said they were but some just chose not to do it. In the midst of the COVID-19 epidemic, and especially working with food, I would expect extra precautions to be taken to keep customers safe. His behavior is deeply disturbing, and he is modeling very poor behavior for the rest of the staff to follow.
