Ordered the Cali salad and would definitely recommend! Doesn’t contain meat, fyi, but I was ok bc it was cheaper that way. Got the Turkey, bacon and ranch wrap. Ranch was watered down so it didn’t have much flavor. I would recommend if you have your own ranch to add.

We use Crunch Bistro for catering at work a lot and it’s always fantastic! The food is great ( the turkey, bacon, ranch wrap is my personal favorite!) and the quality is very consistent. Ivan is a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating. Whether we pick up a couple of wrap trays, and salads, or even get DoorDash for smaller groups, I’m always recommending Crunch for lunch!

We order from Crunch Bistro fairly often but this week needed catering. Food was fresh and tasty! We worked with Ivan and he was prompt, great communication and great to work with. Love their food, but that Banana Pudding is next level! Will continue to order from them, they are such a great option!

The options when ordering on Uber Eats need updated to include extra dressing. I don't mind paying for the extra dressing vs having a dry salad. The only option for it now is to ask for it in the special description and you never know if they're actually going to give it to you each time. Getting that extra one will make or break the salad otherwise.

I recently worked with Ivan from Crunch on a catering order for a group of about 20-25 people. I highly recommend him! He was great to work with - he was very communicative about the order, had everything ready in time, and even set up the wraps/salad and plates for us for the people we were hosting. Highly recommend going to Ivan and Crunch for catering a group for lunch!

I recently visited Crunch Bistro and was quite impressed with their selection of healthy and affordable foods. The menu offered a variety of options that were not only nutritious but also reasonably priced. However, my experience was somewhat dampened by the behavior of one particular staff member, the cashier.
From the first day I visited the restaurant, the cashier left a negative impression on me due to their rudeness. Initially, I attributed it to a long line and perhaps their exhaustion, but to my disappointment, this behavior persisted on subsequent visits. It seemed clear that the cashier had little regard for customer service and was solely focused on rushing through transactions.
I believe it would greatly benefit Crunch Bistro to address this issue and replace the current cashier with someone who possesses better interpersonal skills and a genuine care for customers. A friendly and welcoming cashier can significantly enhance the overall dining experience and create a desire for customers to return.
Despite the unpleasant encounters with the cashier, I still appreciate Crunch Bistro for their commitment to providing healthy and affordable food options. However, I hope they take customer feedback into consideration and make the necessary changes to ensure a more pleasant and satisfying experience for everyone who visits their establishment.

Quite possibly the best bowl of oatmeal I've had this year! I had the Morning Glory which comes packed with quinoa, oatmeal, apples, cinnamon, cranberries, and almonds. With just a hint of sweetness, it's a great morning post workout meal. It's a little further up N Tryon then I usually go, but it was worth it. There should be a line out of the door for this treat. I ordered via the ritual app and it was ready within 5 minutes. I arrived to no line which was nice, but still surprised me. Great salads, good portion size, reasonable pricing for uptown quick lunch. Its honestly your best bet for a grab and go lunch in this sparse stretch of North Tryon.

Best Salads in Charlotte!!! I love all the options to customize my salad. I come get a salad 3 days out of the week. My favorite meal. I used to not like salads as much but they really turned that around plus it's a healthy option. Don't ask questions just go.
I get spring mix with chicken, feta cheese, avocado,2 boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, candied pecans, red onion, and spicy ranch. Try it 😊😊😊 perfect blend of sweet and savory

Thank you for going above and beyond to deliver our food for a Business Lunch. Everyone enjoyed their dishes: Salmon Quinoa, Spinach Feta Quinoa, Crunch Chicken Wrap, and Lavash Breads. Everything was fresh, the menu is unique, and our office will definitely use Crunch Bistro again!

The food was amazing. I ordered the Buffalo Bleu salad. Very flavorful. However, I'm pretty sure the calorie count on the portion they give is more than what they list on their site so be careful if you are counting calories lol. Its still healthy though.

I come here on my lunch break for convenience and it is quite good. My only gripes are the portions. Both me and my Dad notice the portions have reduced dramatically, yet the prices the same or higher. I like that i can customize my flatbread or wrap, and the staff is usually pretty pleasant.

The lunch line was crazy long, but it moved fast. I love being able to pick all my toppings and my salad was amazing. I know its seems crazy, it's just a salad, but it's an experience.
I walked here from my building, there are a few metered spots out front, if you happen to be in the area. This location has a different schedule so be aware of that before venturing over. There are some tables inside, maybe 8 or so - keep that in mind in case you are planning to eat there.
Overall, great lunch!

First let me say that I do love the salads and it keeps me coming back. My experience on the other hand was not that great. I was in about 1 week ago and ordered 2 salads online. I added extra dressing to the first but neglected to ask for extra dressing with the second. When I arrived and gave my name for the pick up order, I asked for extra dressing for the particular salad I did not order extra dressing for. I was told your order is correct and handed my paper bag to me. I again said that I needed extra dressing for the one salad and again was told that my order was correct. I tried to explain what happened and what I needed. The clerk got upset grabbed the paper bag from me ripped it open and began taking the items out of the bag.
At that point someone else came from the back and asked what was going on. I proceeded to explain that I needed an additional dressing and I was told that you have the extra dressing. I made them aware that yes, I had in fact ordered extra dressing for one salad but neglected to get extra for the second. The clerk put the extra dressing in a new bag an handed me my items.
Like I stated previously, the salads keep me coming, but the service sucks some times. And I ordered 3 extra dressings with my first salad, but only received 1 extra. I was willing to pay extra for the dressings.

All GREAT things to say about this place! When the pandemic hit, I started eating here at least 2 lunches a week for ToGo Salads. Love the buffalo chicken & Southwest chicken. BIG salads definitely fill me up as a guy. Also great flatbreads -- give em a shot! you wont be disappointed!!!
