Amazing service and sang me happy birthday! As a customer service manager, I was very pleased with my carry out experience today. When I walked in the gentleman whom I assume is the manager said he was out of something I ordered BUT immediately offered me alternatives & solutions. As I was waiting for them to fix up my new side, he remade my other items to make sure they were hot & fresh when I got them- something he did not need to do but it was beyond appreciated. When I got home and opened my boxes, I realized that they even gave me the first batch along with the new one- again, I’m amazed at this customer service and will absolutely be coming back again. Definitely made my birthday 1000x better.
I like the deep dish pizza. The parking lot is kind of complicated though. The front door is not next to the parking lot where the GPS guides you. The entrance is facing a courtyard with a fountain. I haven't ordered delivery from this location.
Seth is the best! He just moved to this location and he’s very excited about it! I usually always do delivery, but decided to go in store to get my order and he seriously is the most genuine Manager! Great conversation and was courteous to every customer that came in while I was there. I heard him encouraging his team in the back. He deserves a promotion!
My recent order - delivered c/o DoorDash - was GREAT! I have to admit, I've ordered from this Pizza Hut in the past and it was not a good experience, but I am a firm believer in giving a second chance. The pizza actually looked just like in the commercials, prepared very well and delicious. Thank you Pizza Hut Ballantyne ... I will order again in the future.

Person preparing pizzas was not wearing any gloves and was making pizza with bare hands. Pizzas were ok.
Edited: Management took necessary steps to address the concerns and trained people. Also customer service has improved quite a lot.
I visit this location at least twice a month, and I've never had a problem. They are understaffed, but that's currently a problem at any place that requires actual work be performed.
