I like coming here for lunch because the it has comfortable seating and the place is clean. What impressed me the most was the cook working made sure I got my order and then he later came out to check on me and asked me how everything was so far. This doesn't happen often in restaurants nowadays but when it does I can see the team here cares and wants to do a good job. I did see some mistakes happen while I was there but when it happened some of the employees were upset about it - this tells me that they care and they want to do a good job.
You have a good team and if you keep executing on a high level your sales will grow. Keep up the good work.

Fresh hot food. Polite staff. Fast service. Over all good experience. Lighting is a little dim for dinning during lunch. No music. But clean and tidy for a eat in or take out spot.

I was helped and greeted as soon as I walked in.It was a steady crowd being lunch time.The manager was assisting at the counter and in the back.I didn't wait long for my food.It was hot,fresh and good.No complaints

I have always loved Captain D's batter dipped fish, I went in to treat myself, I don't eat it much anymore because I'm trying to eat healthier, I love the fish, hush puppies, the broccoli was pretty good ,I love the the tartar sauce it's original none like it, I wish it didn't have all the grease .

Captain D's was surprisingly good. I had not visited the store in years (3 to 4 years) and found that the fish was quite good, considering that it is fast food. It was quite quiet during my visit and I enjoyed that. The lady that took my order was an excellent customer service person. She was helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back. Next time I will bring a book and read for a while afterward because the place has a relaxed vibe.

It's bad you have to wait 20min to get your food they where doing the drive thru we had to wait if they not going to service in the dinning area they need to lock the door I love the the food.

Beer battered fish is the best. Never disappoints. I don't like the shrimp anymore they seem to be all breading. Instead of getting the $1.99 5 piece shrimp add on. I'd rather get an additional fish filet. Lunch special is the time to. For. 11am to 3 pm. Choose option one. Cheers

I must say my food was very good! It was hot and fresh! My order was correct as well. The customer service could’ve been a little more professional, but overall a good experience! I would definitely return to this location!

This restaurant has the A team working tonight. This is the best customer service AND food of any Captain D's ever!!! I went through the drive through. The young lady was courteous, professional, quick, and extremely kind and respectful. The kitchen staff was quick, yet the food couldn't have been better. I plan to definitely go back soon!
