A bit outdated inside but the Christmas decorations were adorable. bathroom floor was super slippery. However, food was fine and the cashier was very nice. He even came out to ask if everything tasted okay, which he didn’t have to do because this is fast food joint but nevertheless appreciated.

I think this is the best Bojangles location in CLT. The food is consistently perfect and the tea never tastes old (iykyk and you won't forget). They're also super nice at this location. I think they have good management and a good team working there. I've been going to this location for maybe 20 years and I've never had an issue. Love them!

When we first walked in we were greeted.(which doesn’t happen anywhere anymore). The staff was friendly. Didn’t hear one employee cursing or talking about something inappropriate. The music was appropriate for the restaurant. It was clean. The food was really good and fresh. Their employee Yadiel was awesome with customer service. If I was the GM or Manager I would work hard to keep him. You don’t find good quality service like he was giving. For this to be fast food, it was better service than most other places I’ve been. Great team! I would drive this way again just for the services.

Excellent place to eat fried chicken. The fried chicken is excellent. It is crispy, tasty, and very juicy. The spices in the fried chicken is excellent. The freshness of the chicken is excellent as well. I also tried chicken sandwich, and it is excellent as well.
The place is cleaner than any other Bojangles. Larry, one of the staff, is excellent. The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I ordered a family meal on the app but their doors were locked so I had to go to the drive-through anyways I waited a couple minutes in the drive-through and told him that I had ordered on the app and then they gave me my meal. When I got home to eat it I was absolutely shocked at how good everything was! The chicken was amazing! The sides were delicious. I will be back to this Bojangles many times in my life! Oh and the staff was extremely nice, very polite and so thankful for my business.

Did drive thru at 10pm. All I could get was boneless chicken and fries. It was cold and not very good at all. Would say very big let down

The chicken was great and the service was excellent.. the drive-thru was very quick and convenient as the cashier was very friendly and polite.I would recommend this restaurant if you are in a hurry and want some tasty hot food.

I waited in line in the drive thru only to be told that they were randomly closed now, 30 minutes for the posted closing time. Talk about terrible service!

Horrible store. The service was incredibly slow, the staff got our order wrong, and the cashier didn’t know what he was doing. Avoid this location - it will take them over 5 min to ring up a simple order and then you will have to wait another 20 min for your food. Their chicken supremes were inconsistent in size and we received 3 that were the size of a chicken nugget!! Horrendous.

Every time we come here the whole staff is rude. They are always out of something we order. They mess up orders and forbid if you go in to fix it. The food is hit or miss, usually a huge miss. Closest one around by miles but its safe to say, this location has officially put a bad name out there for them.

Went by yesterday morning by my bank and food was old and not fresh smh. Lord i guess bojangles aint for me. Now the 2 incident from another one in a weeks time. Get it together cuz people don't want to waste money or time because managers and employees lack their off.

The worst bojangles I have ever been to. All the workers have the worst attitudes. Everytime we go here there's a problem! Either no honey mustard like we ask, no biscuits (they forgot to put in), or no chicken. How do you forget to put chicken in the supreme combo! All they can say is sorry and roll their eyes. When we get in there the employees are standing around but yet no one will pick up the phone! I urge NO ONE to go to this location! Every 1 person knows 10people and I will spread the word and get in touch with corporate! I will not stop until i am heard! I could run this place better then they do with my eye closed!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
