Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while and all of the machines were very clean definitely a place to bring the kids fun friendly and not to mention delicious!!!!!!!!
My wife and I love to go to tcbi just to get a quick desert that is kinda good for you. Easy to select and pop our your own ice cream. Great selection of toppings. Always rotating different flavors of ice cream. Staff is helpful when figuring out their selection or needing tester cups
I didn't catch the gentlemen's name that day we were in the store, but I'm sure he remembers the kid that pulled the alarm. This employee was the sweetest person from the second we walked into the store; when we sat down, the fire alarm happened to be right behind my son, and before I could say don't touch, he had pulled it. The employee wasn't mad at all and was so kind. He told us it wasn't a big deal and everything was ok after I apologized a million times. If this employee ever sees this, I want to say thank you! Thank you for being so kind when I was almost in tears from embarrassment. Please continue to spread your sweet personality with others!!

Nice spot for a sweet treat, build your own with lots of frozen yogurt flavors & topping choices. I would definitely return and try some different combinations.

My favorite flavor is peppermint. It would be nice if they added lemon for the summer.
We stopped by after a soccer game and Kevin gave us the best customer service. Friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend a visit.
This is a great place to get a nice bowl of ice cream the way you want to make it. The cool thing about these soft serve places is that you can control exactly how much and what to put in to the cup which controls your amount you are taking in and how much your wallet has to put out.
