I usually come here for take-out and the restaurant is clean plus the food is made in a timely manner. Taking into account the current cost of living, the price is quite fair, especially when you consider that fast food meals cost around $11. Spending an additional $2 to $3 for healthier options seems like a sensible investment. I usually get the chicken tenga bowl (hopefully I spelled that right) and the crispy chicken ranch wrap (sub lettuce for spinach and add avocado).

Atmosphere was great. There's an assembly spot, then the chopper, then cashier. The assembly process was a little crowded and it was hard to hear. The chopper was friendly and great. The cashier was also great. So far the first visit wasn't bad.

This was my first time trying Chopt. A coworker of mines told me about it. Anyone that knows me, knows I'm a true to heart salad Queen👑👸✊ lol I ordered the Spicy Sonoma chicken ceasar salad. Let me just say this...It is freaking delicious!!!😋 I will definitely be back!!

I wish I could give this location 10 stars! My family and I were in Charlotte this weekend from out of state and I was looking for a healthier option for dinner and chopt came up on my Google search so I placed a pick up order. I did a create my own salad for myself and my kids but for my kids I only chose rice, broccoli, and chicken because I knew that was all they would eat. When my husband went to pick up the order a lady working waved him down and said normally when someone does the create your own salad they choose more than 3 things and she showed him the bowl it was only half full. When he explained it was for the kids she went and made us another one that was half full so they each had their own. I'm so grateful that employee went out of her way to make sure our order was just what we wanted. My kids each devoured their bowls and my salad was great too! We actually ended up going back again before we left town.

It was my first time there in a very long time and the person that helped me this young man took his time explaining everything to me and I just thought that was absolutely amazing he was not in a rush while he was trying to help me through my chopt experience.

Experience was great, service was fine, but the food is unbearably overpriced for what you get. Almost $6 for a tiny cup of soup, almost $7 for a few bites of chicken and some veggies in the box, and your $3 drinks are absurdly overpriced. The lemonade and sweet tea are watered down and awful. Had I known, I would have saved us $15 and had water. We spent over $50 for five people to eat what would be a two person meal in another restaurant. The salads were ok, but definitely not anywhere worth the cost.

Great salad! I love I can eat the whole bowl and still stay in my calorie limit. I do wish you could add ingredients without the extreme up charge. The salad is expensive enough, I should be able to add Parmesan and tomato without an additional charge.

Today my experience with chopped was not the greatest. I come here every Thursday and purchase a salad and a drink and 4 caramels. I also add an extra side to my $11 salad. Usually they filled the bowl up to make it overflow today the guy was very stingy and then got mad at me when I wanted to add more because he didn’t fill the cup up. Also thanks for making the bowls smaller for my to go order. If I’m going to pay between $10-$12 for a salad you need to bring back the bigger Togo bowls.

My son and I visited tonight. First, as someone with food allergies, rarely do I experience the level of concern, that they displayed to me tonight. It was very comforting to see the process they went through to ensure my safety. Second, Toni (I'm guessing it's not spelled with a Y but I don't know), was SO awesome leading me through the ingredients and helping me make safe decisions. The rest of the folks behind the counter were no less friendly and accommodating. Third, I know this place is new, but everything was spotless! I appreciate that in a place preparing something I'm going to consume. Finally, the food was AWESOME! We both had different versions of the Texas Poboy. We both loved it! The light lemonade lives up to its name, and is perfect. I can't wait to come back and try something else!
