Just like most McDonald's during the hot days there are times they run out some of the frozen items from time to time. Always check your food before you leave because they get very busy in there drive through that sometimes am item might be wrong or missing. Currently they are only doing takeout, drive through and Delivery(through other food delivery services). This is the closest McDonald's to my house and for the most part they do a great job making our order. They have always been nice when I come back with something wrong with my order. They fix it immediately. Handicap parking not right by the door. You have cross the path of the cars looping around from the drive through. Make sure you pay attention to the cars. If there are lots of cars in the double car drive through, just go inside to place your order. Everything I've gone inside there are very few people inside.

It's cool here. Especially in the mornings. I've had a couple bad experiences with customer service in the evening so I just try and go early. But I've never really had any issues with the food. They do have a play area.

It's a McDonald's. It's not bad. It's all exactly what you'd expect if you've ever been to a McDonald's. The atmosphere could be a bit better but I always go through the drive thru.

Was craving a fish filet and nuggets and I was NOT disappointed! The filet was fresh and they added the lettuce and pickles I requested. And the nuggets were DELICIOUS! Figured this deserved a review.

The cashier gave me a free medium sized fry because neither of us felt like breaking a twenty. That's what customer service is all about and I'm lovin' it.

Hello,
I am not one who would usually take the time out of my busy schedule to sit down and write reviews. However, what i saw today at the 6225 W. Sugar Creek location needs to not go unnoticed.
The line was around the building.
There were at l0 or more people in the lobby. It was 95 degrees outside. No one would be in a good mood. Yet as i stand patiently to order 2 large drinks, i saw one man that was zooming from one situation to another with barely time to take a breath. He was smiling, talking to every customer as he went about his work to make sure that everyone was acknowledged. With every order he completed he always said that you for your patience and come again.
He was the only one holding everything together. He handled it so professionally and efficiently.
Every other staff there was just waiting to have him tell them what to do. He was smart to just handle the situation and not try to correct his staff in front of customers. I unfortunately do not know his name, but this man needs help with getting his staff members to work more independently and he needs to be given some sort of recognition and award for all his efforts. He really holds that store together and really needs a large raise in his pay. He deserves every penny of it.
I just had to find a way to let someone know that this McDonald's member needs to be noticed.

I love hot and fresh McDonalds. I just hate when I get my ice cream cone, some of then dnt put a napkin with my cone. They just give it to you with they bare hands. Thank God it comes with a lil piece of paper on it.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Between waiting for 10 minutes at the drive through to order and another 15 waiting in line for food and seeing all the cockroaches during that wait, I finally gave up and went to Wendy’s.

You guys are the absolute worst. How do you get orders mixed up and try to get me to pay for it and give me the difference back?!?! Just place the correct order and charge the correct amount! I'm never going back to you guys ever!

If I could do negative or zero stars, I would. I keep giving this place a chance to improve their service but it never changes. Today, my husband went to get us each a dipped ice cream cone- easy easy order. Well for 20 minutes he was ignored, while the high school aged employees talked and goofed around since apparently the managers had left for the day. One guy with long hair took his hair down and shook it in the kitchen when he heard the manager was gone- health department should check them out! It's fast food, but there was nothing remotely fast about it. When someone FINALLY went to help him, we were over it and demanded our money back. There was no apology, and she instead acted like she was put out by having to "work". The workers here aren't even worth paying minimum wage- I say clean house and fire em all!

This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We moved to this area a year and a half ago, and we've gone here at least 25 times. Every SINGLE time when I ordered a sundae I was told the ice cream machine was broken. Morning, noon, night, every time, for a year and a half. Very annoying and disappointing. Now we drive 5 miles out of the way to another McD's, which is a million times better. The 5 star reviews on here have to be fake!

The girl taking our order in the drive through was texting when we pulled up to pay. It took 3 cars about 15 minutes to order and get their food. I don't know why I went back to this McDonalds. I had sworn this location off about 4 years ago, but thought I'd give it a try when there didn't appear to be many customers inside or in the drive through line when we drove by. Not once in the past 9 years have I had a pleasant experience there. The employees don't say thank you or even acknowledge you. It's a sad, sad location and it gives McDonald's a bad name.

I keep hoping that this location will improve its ability to get an order right and to consistently serve it in an acceptable range of time. Rarely (maybe never) have I ever left this store satisfied. This hope is now going on over 10 years. Hopefully the location opening on Old Statesville Rd will prove to be a better experience. #hopeful

Love this store, although the phone number I'm dialing doesn't seem to be working. 704-921-0681 I dial this number and it beeps and nothing after that. It won't connect with the store.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!! I used the drive thru last night and ordered a cheeseburger after pulling out i took a bite and surprise no meat. Smh. Thats not the worst of it. I had to turn around wait in a long line because the lobby was closed. When I finally got to the window and asked to speak with a manager the young lady sucked her teeth and said I am the manager. I explained the situation and she said so it's just a regular cheeseburger. I said yes she then said pull up and they will give you another cheeseburger and walked away. WTH!!!!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO SORRY
