I have lunch at least once a week, sometimes twice a week, at this location because the food and service are excellent! The staff do an amazing job from the time you enter until you leave. They keep the restaurant clean and tidy at all times. They ensure that all orders are prepared and ready (both "to go" and dine-in) in a timely manner. And I have never been the slightest bit disappointed with any menu item I've ordered. The food is both excellent and consistent, something I don't experience in many restaurants. But the staff is what makes it such a great place to eat. I've often thought they have the best employees, based on how the place is run, which says a lot about the management. And Genesis, specifically, is awesome! She's the most pleasant and accommodating person you'll ever see working in a restaurant. All-in-all, I'd give this McAlister's 6 stars if I could!

Always so delicious! Got the hald sandwich, jalapeño turkey, half salad, cobb salad, Nachos with the cheese dip, added the chili. Tried the caramel apple lemonade, not bad at all.

First time ordering from here using DoorDash. I got the BLT+Avocado with Chicken Tortilla soup for the side. Everything was very good! The bread used for the BLTA was very good! The greens and veggies were fresh and crisp! Awesome lunch.

Went during covid but everything was super clean they weren't busy and everyone was super friendly and helpful and even helped me pick and customize my sandwich. The sweet tea was on point as always. Their huge chocolate chip cookie was actually a lil bit sweeter than usual but still ooey gooey. The soup was awesome the sandwich was too their honey mustard is still my favorite. Unfortunately I can't give them 5 stars because they forgot my pickle 😭 and given how expensive this place is for a deli you can't forget the pickle.

Friendly customer service, prompt food delivery, food was YUMMY, and outdoor seating area was clean. Bathrooms were clean as well.

Never disappointed with McAlister's deli.
Plenty of vegetarian options to feed the soul! Love the veggie baked potato. The veggie chill is something you can brag on! Way to go McAlister's! Anything with the 🌿 ( vegetarian options) has my seal of approval.

We always get lunch for a large group of people and this place always make the food exactly as is detailed. Love it! The gentleman that help with Pick up and one of the cashier lady are the best. Keep up with the good work guys. You are making a difference.

Quite a variety of sandwich selections
Stopped by one afternoon and they were prepping several hundred sandwiches for a catering event. Staff took care of me like nothing was going on and made me feel important!

I was very impressed with the speed of service. The line moved very quickly and the restaurant was clean along with the restroom. The food is very fresh and decent portion size.

I ordered a sandwich about a week ago and the sandwich that I received wasn't exactly what I ordered. Mentioned this in the post service review and the manager reached out almost immediately telling me I could come back in and have it remade. Mind you this was a week later and I told them I just ate what I got because I didn't wanna make a fuss and was hungry and they still replaced it.
Customer service like that goes a long way in my book. Well earned 5 stars.

Huge stuffed potatoes here. Right next to coldstone for dessert afterwards. There is also a Tesla supercharger across the parking lot.
