We’ve been to a lot of firehouse locations and love their food but the service has been lacking. This location however, their staff was too notch. From our order being taken to an employee who obviously just got off a shift asking how our food was. You can tell that they like working together, take care of each other and are there to work. I applaud the staff, the training and the manger. Thanks for a great experience!

Great place to eat. Fresh as always here with friendly staff as well. I would have it a 5 but they didn't have "Gator Hammock". A staple is the hot sauce they have here oh; and helping out with the first responder community. Always down to donate a few dollars here as well.

Firehouse Subs at the Arboretum is the only place I go to get my sandwiches. The staff is always nice and greet me as I enter. The manager are always great to take to and run a great store. I do not usually have mishaps, but when I do its user error and the managers always help to make it right. Thank You to the best sub ship in Charlotte.

Had a great lunch here today! Quick service, clean restaurant and good value for what you get! Their new meatball sub with pepperoni on the garlic bread was great and I’m usually not a fan of meatballs! Plus they had a nice coke freestyle machine!

Everyone is always so nice here!! The food is always delicious. I have celiac disease and I love the new GF subs and I love that they have a dedicated surface space to prepare the gf subs to reduce cross contamination. I love this place!

Great sandwiches from the Arboretum Firehouse Subs! The toppings were fresh but the bread could have been better. All employees are wearing masks, however one of them was not wearing their mask over their nose.

Good food, bad service. Needs more work on how to be friendly to guests. Also, men's bathroom toilet was broken and they were out of paper towels during lunch rush.

I have never had such a terrible sub. They called it chicken salad. I can't say there was much chicken, and what there was had Absolutly no taste. BIG disappointement.
