Review Panera Bread - Charlotte

We had a great time in panera. Atmosphere was very pleasant 👌. But we ordered Broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese it doesn't look good and quantities also verymuchless.overall food was good .

Had the pleasure of visiting this location to work on a project and compared to a couple of other locations, this place is amazing! From the tables to the microwave this place is spotless! The cashiers were extremely professional and so pleasant! The music and overall ambiance was so relaxing!! Cheers to Saad, Amy and Tiffany for doing a phenomenal job!!!

This Place is consistently good! It is mostly quiet and even during busy times, you can have a conversation with friends and enjoy the atmosphere. I usually stick to the same few menu items I have grown to love however for the first time today I tried the Mediterranean Grain Bowl with Chicken. It was delicious! I recommend this location!

It's your typical Panera place, great food and dining experience. Although I must say less friendly compared to other joints I have been to. Ample parking, easy to get in. Clean restrooms.

I work on writing projects here on a regular basis. I’ve worked at cafes across the country and Ballantyne Panera is among my favorites. They deal with an incredibly high volume of customers every day, and yet manage to make all of us feel like they are family. Karen, Reshma, Ted, Nabila, Kaylynn, Amy ~ these people are the very best. More like Ballantyne Panera, Please!

Take out! Delicious bagels 😊

Our visit was not the best, first we have to place the order ourselves and our soups were cold. We approached them to tell them that the soup is cold, please, we want it hotter and they sent us to heat it up in the microwave ourselves. I'm not saying what happened all the time but this happens due to the lack of personnel, who are paid very low.

I am Very Pleased with the service that I received. I have not been to Panera since the pandemic and I wasn't familiar with the selections. The manager had to help me and she was kind, patient and polite. I believe her name was Dara. My only issue was that they were completely out of napkins. A restaurant should never be out of utensils or napkins. Thank you for your Service ladies 👍

As someone who has life-threatening food allergies, eating out can be hard. I have had problems with this location in the past, with some rude managers or people not taking precautions seriously. Errors on my order, such as not changing gloves or putting the wrong condiments on my sandwich, could cost my life. However, on Monday, October 24th, 2022, I had the best experience with this location. Cynthia was working in the kitchen at the time when I placed my order and I went to the take-out window to tell her my accommodations for my allergies: please change gloves, new knife as I am allergic to some breads, new cutting board, etc. She took my allergies very seriously, even telling another associate not to touch my order because of how severe my allergies are. She was very cautious and alert with my order and she made me feel completely safe. I will definitely be coming back to this location because of Cynthia and her extreme precautions with my life-threatening allergies. The only reason I am giving this location a 4-star review instead of a 5-star review is because I have had recent complications with my orders, as I am a regular customer, to which one of them I did not even eat the food due to the employees not accommodating my allergies. At that time (it has been within the past month), the manager who made my sandwich did not use a new knife while cutting my bread and did not use a new cutting board, so there was potential cross-contamination with allergens. Also, when ordering a smoothie, there was chocolate sauce on the lid (I ordered a Strawberry smoothie, so idk how chocolate sauce got on the lid) which I am not sure if I am allergic to or not. I stress my allergies every time I dine at this location, asking the employees to change their gloves, use a clean knife, a clean cutting board, and be extra cautious, but yet some employees and managers do not understand the severity of my allergies. Cythia did VERY well handling my allergies and I will definitely be requesting her assistance next time I dine in.

Ordered delivery this morning to find out I was missing about 1/2 of my order. It happens, no big deal. But when I called up to Panera in Ballantyne, I spoke with Andy (I believe she said that was her name), and she was nothing but a delight! Found my order and immediately offered to send another driver out to correct the issue instead of just a refund. In addition, she and her team included some cookies for the inconvenience. So my daughter sends an extra thank you!!!! This location continues to be amazing every time I go. Many thanks again!! :) -Alyssa

Though somewhat crowded with the lunch crowd, the food took quite a while to prepare (but tasted great). For 2 sandwiches and a salad, almost 25 min wait.

As always, Panera Bread at Ballantyne has very good, fresh food. There was no waiting in line at 11:30 a.m. Only one cashier handled the dine-in orders, and he did an excellent job. My daughter-in-law and I enjoyed meeting here for a leisurely lunch. Restroom was clean.

Always a pleasure coming here for a quick bite/snack.

There was a plastic ring in my sandwich. First I thought, it was a crumble from the sausage later I found it was a white plastic ring. When I showed it to cashier. She asked me "What do you want?". No apologies, no promise to server better or good quality food. I love Panera bread and I take pride of eating in Panera bread. Not in this branch. I don't blame all Panera Bread. This location needs lots of improvement in cleanliness, wishing and greeting customers, quality in food and not being rude to customers. Another Sunday, I remember I was waiting for coffee to be refilled for more than 40-mins.

Ordered my lunch to be delivered between 12-12:15; got a message at 12:27 that it was on its way. It is now 12:57 and still no food. My lunch break is also over...tried to call repeatedly and no one answers.

I ordered a four cheese grilled sandwich. It came in halves - the first half came to my table and the other half came 5 minutes later in a different bread than the one offered. Both halves were pretty toasted and the cheese melted and hardened outside the bread. Inside of the bread had almost no cheese. I spoke with the person who placed my order and she said that she did not have the time to check whether they had the bread. She did not try to fix the mistake. No apologies were made either. It was really frustrating. This was my second unpleasant experience at this Panera. Not coming back.

Not sure what the problem is, but the last few times we have been here have been horrible. Out of everything. Dirty tables everywhere even though the restaurant is mostly empty. No one bothering to refill napkin dispensers or lids for the cups. And most importantly no one cares when you ask them to fix what is wrong. This was the last chance I’m giving this location unless some serious changes happen.

At Panara Bread in Ballantyne for birthday lunch with my awesome son. I ordered my usual grilled cheese. When a nice gentleman brought my sandwich he commented that I needed tomatoes soup to dip it in. And yes that would have been perfect. Next thing I know, he's bringing me a bowl of soup. Happy Birthday to me. Sweet!!

Usually the quality of food is pretty good, sometimes the avocado has a lot of brown which isn't a big deal. But this morning the avocado on my sandwich was 95% black, so completely rotten. Not acceptable guys.

Garbage, screws up to go orders all the time and sells a flat bread for $7.59 that looks like a tomato on a pice of pita bread. A joke of a place.

I think your products are overpriced, your liberalized bs communist style policies of anti-gun is beyond offensive and a complete embarrassment to veterans like myself that have fought and many have died to give you the freedom to open a business here. I am ashamed of your company, policies and despise your willingness to open deny Americans their God given rights to carry a gun in your prissy ass stores. I won't ever spend another dime in any location ever again. Ask your bs groupies to keep your hate filled stores open.
