For some reason I like this one better than the one on North Tryon.. They're both good but the fish and shrimp at this one keeps me coming back.
Super friendly staff, and a great gyro! Don't get the onion rings though. They say they're homemade but they taste like freezer burn. The fish is so-so.
Nice clean restaurant with a good selection of freshly prepared greek style meals that are served quickly and hot. Food is delicious and staff pleasant. Would definitely be back.
It was a very hot day and my wife and I were starving.
As we stepped into the cool air of the dining room, we were greeted by the cashier, who took our orders. I had a double Old Fashioned Pita burger and my wife had souvlaki. Cold milkshakes, thick with flavor, were also ordered, in addition to sides.
The food arrived quickly, delivered to our table by our friendly cashier. It was plentiful, cooked perfectly, and delicious.

Always a great experience!! We usually get takeout, but that doesn't mean the service is any less exceptional!! The food is always delicious no matter what we order. I cannot forget to mention that the Arnold Palmers are the best in town!!
Food is prepared when you order , always fresh and hot. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Went to a different restaurant before I came here but left due to bad service. Glad the service here was much better, thank you! Looking forward to my first time trying Showmars.
This is the only thing that I experienced at this location that I think needs to be improved. When you get one of their salads it doesn't come in a bowl like every other Shomars I've visited..it come on a foam plate which takes away from the look of the salad and the amount of salad that they serve you.
Although know for fish..the Chicken Salad Pita is delicious. Great taste, creamy and moist. Fries hot and krispy. Try the combo. Awesome service with a big 😃
This is my first time eating at this restaurant and I must say my mind was blown!!! Every item that I got from the menu was excellent!!! When I walk through the door they were super busy and I can see why, this place is great! The staff was super friendly felt like I knew them from college! THIS MY FAVORITE NEW RESTAURANT!
