There are goods days to go and there are bad days. I say this because yesterday they were quick but normally I have to wait an hour for my order and sometimes wrong order. The atmosphere is okay. Overall, I love their wings and fries and most employees are pleasant.
One cashier and two cooks in the kitchen. They were busy with to-go orders. Our 3 combos took 40 minutes! Luckily we checked the bag because one side was missing. Dining room tables, drink station, and floor could have used some attention. The bathroom was not clean. Parmesan wings had no flavor
I think they are short staffed, which is the issue with most places right now. We waited a long time for our food, but the service was good and they kept the line moving. I think it will be better to go on a slower night, but the food was fresh and delicious and the staff was nice. It wouldn’t hurt
The Wings are tasty. But the air-conditioning seems not to have been working. We had atomic wings... the food was great.
Really liked the fries and garlic parm boneless wings. The restaurant was a bit under staffed and the employees seemed to be struggling to keep up but they were working hard so not their fault. They were friendly and nice, just really busy. We ordered online and food was ready when we got there.

The service is great and the wings are even better! The only thing I don’t like is that everyone uses the same roll of paper towel at the condiment station. I just think that might be a bit unsanitary. But overall they get four stars for everything else.
