The waitress was very nice, even though they were closing early cuz they only had two servers in the restaurant but I did one another drink but the bartender left. I ordered a hamburger and the hamburger was very good the french fries were very good the drinks were good that's why I want another drink but like I said the bartender was gone. I don't think the bartender should leave until the customers are out of the restaurant.

When I tell you how AMAZING both desserts were... I mean they were cooked to order, hot, great portions size and overall delicious!
When I called there was no waiting on hold. When I arrived to pick up our desserts, every staff member I came into contact with had a great attitude and made sure I had been helped!
Checkout was fast and everything was accurate!
I definitely recommend this location and yes, I've eaten at Chili's in various places so I'm familiar with the entire menu... but sometimes you just can't decide on what sounds good & that's when I use Google ☺️

Came on a Wednesday evening and there was only one server, Caroline. The restaurant was packed. Caroline and the kitchen staff handled it like there was a full staff there. Caroline was the server and bartender. Food was amazing, service was great! Caroline remained calm and was still friendly! Would definitely be back. Hopefully she will have some help next time.
Server was friendly and attentive. Food was tasty and large portions. Wait time on food was long, and one person in our Party got their Entrée significantly later than the rest. Drinks could have been filled a little more frequently, seeing that we were waiting. We were not given Menus or place settings when we were Seated, we grabbed Menus from another table. Party of 8.
This restaurant is under new management. And that was much needed. This was our first time back in 4 years. This time, the food and service were on point. The manager came out and introduced himself to us. And see if we were satisfied with our service. So, if you're in the Northlake Mall area, go check this place out..
Was on the search for a place that serves late night dinner on a Friday night, and found this location. We gave it a shot. The Buffalo Chicken Ranch Sandwich was good. However, the Vegetarian Mushroom Swiss Burger (Black bean patty) was not that great. They also seem to be out of a few items for our order, like the Coleslaw side and the ice cream that goes with the skillet chocolate chip cookie, the latter we don't mind much. It wasn't the greatest experience but our server was nice, the kitchen staff was apologetic, and just glad there's a restaurant like them open late at night to feed hungry peeps like us at a time when most restaurants are closed.
If y’all come to chilis ask for Tiffany she was the absolutely best server at chilis. Even have us suggestions
Went here to have lunch with a hand full of Co-workers. Looked to be short staffed, but even so the staff held it together & it being a busy part of the day. It’s lunch time customers want to come in and hurry back to work. The waitress got our drink orders & once she got back took our orders. Food was out to us in no time. 1 tiny mix up 3 of us ordered sirloin 1 med, 1 well, & 1 med rare. We all had diff sides. The med and well sirloins got mixed up. But, hey we’re all human it’s ok. I still give the entire restaurant an overall A+. GREAT JOB!
So grateful for the young lady and her patience as I decided what I wanted to get for take out. She was helpful with the delicious options and I was glad I made a choice that I wasn't disappointed with... It wasn't too long a wait and they brought it out hot and ready to go. It was a last minute decision but a good one. The steak was more medium well then medium rare... almost well done (not even pink) but it didn't bother my mom so it doesn't bother me. Otherwise... I will definitely return. Keep up the great customer service.
