Absolutely hands down the best cookies I've ever put in my mouth!!!! Huge, soft, full of flavor!! We ended up getting a dozen and tried just about half of what they had to offer. Was not disappointed with a single one!!! The Ron Swanson was certainly a hit!!

What a gem to find in the University area of Charlotte. Saw their sign at the entrance into Target and just had to check it out (probably because I hadn't had lunch yet). I was greeted by the wonderful aroma of baked cookies. The best part is you can buy what they have in their case, as the cookies are baked from scratch daily or you can wait 15-20 minutes at a table inside and they will bake them to order. You can't get any fresher than that! The cookies are so good that I think I shall be back for more.
Cookies were so fresh and delcious. If you order, you can choose among fresh bake cookie or already made cookie. If you want to order fresh bake, you have to wait 15~20min, so I recommand order ahead.

I stopped into the shop earlier today for the first time because I had a Money Mailer coupon for a free cookie, no strings attached. (Businesses take note: *that's* how you get people to try your wares.) I arrived shortly after noon, found a single, energetic, friendly young employee who was more than happy to trade my coupon for a cookie as well as to back her claim that these were the best cookies to be found anywhere. I selected from what was at least a dozen different varieties the Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter cookie. And do you know what? I believe it actually was the best cookie I've ever had. Soft, chewy, still a bit warm, and extremely flavorful, I had absolutely no complaints. Now, if only I could have paired it with some homemade vanilla bean ice cream...
My wife and I were visiting and had a cookie craving, we found this great little place. We were welcome by MORGAN, who was smiling and very friendly. She had some great suggestions and when we ordered she even offered to make a fresh Batch of the ones we select. She is total awesome and one of the reasons we enjoyed ourselves. Cookies were very well done, moist and chewy yeah crunchy around the edge... just so delicious. We even had some left over the following day and were still great. The recipe they had were very creative, especially the “Ron Swanson”. Yet my favorite had to be the oat meal. Overall a great place to visit, make sure to ask for Morgan

I haven't even eaten a cookie yet, but I'm going on the advice of one of the bakers. But don't worry, I'll be enjoying several in the coming week! I stopped at the original cookie store in Boone, NC. Definitely the best cookies and cool that they make them on the spot. You could get a dozen cookies and each of them different from the other. Buy 1 or as many as you want. Thumbs up!
I feel in love with the cookies and cream cookie months ago, so today I placed my order as usual and got a surprise when I got home. The cookie had chocolate chips in them. Of course I called the store thinking I had received the wrong order and the young lady simply said, “Oh yea, this batch came with chocolate chips”...personally, I feel that if a change has taken place, it should be forewarned while taking the order. I don’t care for chocolate chips and that’s one reason I feel in love with the cookies and cream. Hopefully you’ll go back to the original batch...😏
They have a wide selection of cookies you can walk in and get, and their fresh baked to order cookies are fantastic! I recommend the Yosef (for anybody! even if you aren't Vegan/gluten-free) and the dark chocolate red wine cookies.

Cheesecake and Chocolate Chip are my favorite overall.
I wish they were open a little later, so I could get my gluten free cookies after work, but I love this place. They will make fresh backed cookies for you, in 15 min. The chocolate chip and Yosif GF cookies are the best.
