My friends and I had an excellent dining experience at Big Al's Friday night. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was wonderful. I highly recommend going to Big Al's for food and entertainment. We must admit, that this was a unique night for the entertainment here. They frequently have very good music here, but the fact that we had two exceptionally fine, talented, lovely young ladies providing their music and singing together on the stage made for a unique evening of music. The attentive audience realized that they were in the presence of unique greatness. Shannon Lee and Jade Moore provided a superior demonstration of their talent, and delivered their songs in a way that touched the very hearts of those in the room. Both ladies with were allowed to express their passion for music, and the result was absolute bliss. Thank you, Big Al's, for the delicious meals, great service, and musical experience. My friends and I will be returning.

Wings were great, big and a deal on Sunday! BBQ chicken pizza was huge and delish. Bartender was very friendly. Need better TVs above the bar.
It's very spacious but everything is dark as if it were a cabin. The dining is separate from the bar. The carpet could be replaced with hard wood and would be better for it. Overall the place had the presence of your typical bar and grill at your favorite beach.
There was only one server it seemed but we were there well passed lunch time. She was pleasant and more importantly knew what she was doing.
We ordered basic items as we'd never been here before, but it was all very good;
The potato skins had a very satisfying crunch and tasted like they should.
The club sandwich meat, bread, and toppings were very fresh.
There macaroni was a little on the grainy side but you could tell was made in house and not frozen. There were three cheeses, cheddar, Gouda, and one I couldn't identify.
The French dip was good and fresh, but I'd never been given the option before whether I wanted roast beef, or turkey.
And the onion rings were beer battered and you could definitely taste the beer.
Some of the best wings and drinks outside the city for sure. I would definitely recommend getting the HAB wings. Very affordable,
Most places are 10 wings for $20 now a days smh. Which is why i don’t go, but they have some reasonable prices. And the drinks are cheap! I’ll definitely be back for sure.
First time visiting here with my co-workers. Our waitress Kelly is such a sweet lady and she’s funny! The food was great! We truly enjoyed them! We got fried mushrooms, Big Al’s Pizza, and Fiesta Burger. Dessert was warm brownies topped with ice cream and chocolate fudge! So so good! Definitely will be back again! Don’t be fooled by the Harvey motorcycles outside, they are so friendly!
The crust could be a tad thicker but over all I was very happy. Hard to find good pizza and they make good pizza. I would definitely buy it again.
We went during lunch time and service was just right - not there every few minutes but drinks didn't run out. Food was awesome! Potato skins - no longer buying frozen ones from that place - crispy, cheesey, bacony, fluffy potatoes. Fraunch dip - perfectly seasoned and fresh sliced steak. Club - again perfectly seasoned and fresh veggies. Onion rings - beer battered goodness. Mac and cheese - homemade cheese sauce and spiral noodles. All in with n/a beverages for under $35. Add in that we brought half home and that's a great deal.
Courteous and caring service. Very efficient to be as busy as it was at the time, very surprised. Was at the bar and the ladies were very friendly. Heather was outstanding...

The best damn fried mushrooms ever they were perfectly cooked the coating was nice and golden brown and the mushrooms were juicy. All of the food I had was very well made my only complaint is the honey hab wings needs more spice and less honey.
Consistently good pub food. Convenient location and friendly staff. We love Big Al's for a quick lunch. Everyone in my family can find something on the menu to enjoy.

I really like the burgers, soup and sandwich combo. This is one of my favorite lunch joints. There's not a better value for Charlotte lunch. The staff is always friendly.
