Chef Luca and Bartender Danny, truly made our experience unforgettable. My boyfriend and I traveled from Seattle to explore Knoxville TN, Charlotte NC, and Virginia Beach, and our favorite memory was hanging out at Forchetta. The food was immaculate and the drinks hit the spot.

Everything was EXCELLENT! The Braised Short Ribs were so tender that I didn't need a knife. The Jalapeño Honey Butter Calamari was so good & melted in your melt. I dipped the bread into that sauce & my heavens, so good! Hubby had the Messy Burger, so juicy & tender. We were too full to have dessert.
Wow!! Grilled octopus was amazing! We had a beet salad with a steak on the side that was perfectly done! We had a handmade pasta and a lamb chops again perfect. Chef Luca is amazing. The friendliest staff I think I’ve ever had what a gem hidden inside the Holiday Inn!!
