Review Greystone Restaurant - Charlotte

We walked in right after around 12ish in the day and theyvwere open, very welcoming. We were literally the only patrons thru our entire visit. I had a gin and coke with a chicken pita wrap and he had a beef burger with sweet potatoes. The fries were off but his burger w a on point. My pita wrap was delicious and for side I had the orzo salad. A bit tart but good. This is an avg looking pub, not fancy decor but don't miss the art on walls and ceiling. Rr was clean & could use better lighting. They also have socials like salsa nights, dance nights etc which can be access on insta for schedule. We will be back for sure.

This place is really nice. The food is great. A lot to choose from. The service was good as well. Not much wait time. I will definitely come back.

Great dive bar. Good food! Small but nice menu. Music trivia was fun. I Bet it would be a nice spot for live music. Bartender elizabeth was great! Swing in for a break between brewery's.

Good atmosphere and fast service. I ate a shrimp pow boy, and it was good. Wish I would have been able to enjoy it with a beer, but I was on my lunch break.

The food is amazing for a bar restaurant they are pretty big on the inside and they have ping pong nights

Pretty good spot, came in on a Saturday during world cup. Service was excellent by the waitresses, prompt with drinks and food. Helpful with understand and helping make choices with food. Prices are very reasonable. Tried two capri stones and worth the price. Would definitely come back for the salad again.

Stumbled into this place after work one day. Not disappointed. Great atmosphere, great patrons, great staff. I’ve gotten the nachos and Andy’s heavyweight hoagie. Both were really great! Prices are great too! This has become a regular spot for me and I look forward to coming for some Miami Hurricane football games!

Has a limited menu, but the food we ordered was great. I enjoyed my build-your-own gyro bowl. The hummus seemed house made. Patio was nice and well spaced.

Great place to have a beer when you are in the area.

Amazing food (highly recommend the gyro with grilled onions). Amazing space inside and out. Will definitely be back to try other items in their menu. My only complaint is that it's an old establishment (1947) and they advertise it, so I was hoping for a place with a historic feel and patina but was greeted with excessively loud house music on a slow Saturday night. It just didn't match. There were some cool old pictures on the wall that were fun to look at and the staff is beyond friendly. Aside from the music, this place is amazing and can't wait to come back.

Love this spot! Great local gem, daily deals on drinks and they have ping pong in the back! Definitely sit outside on their patio if the weather is nice. I did the create your own bowl for dinner and thought it was delicious.

Great staff and relaxed atmosphere. Would like more drink selection though.

I live at the Fountains and I always use to go to Mac's for my Wednesday night GNO but we had a terrible experience there and found our way down the street to Greystone. Not only is it closer to our place but the atmosphere is everything you look for in a local watering hole. Just the right amount of people, with the right music playing in the background, alongside amazing daily drink specials. Since we started coming here its the only place we find ourselves going.

DO NOT GO HERE. This restaurant is awful..don't order country fried steak and expect to get steak..it's chicken!!! No where on the menu does it say it's chicken, the hand breaded chicken tenders are straight from a frozen bag of chicken tenders. And the manager was too busy to talk to us...there are plenty of restaurants in Charlotte that actually care about the customer experience..and by the way at the height of lunch hour there were a total of 5 people in the whole restaurant..that should say something right there....

NEVER GO HERE! A month ago my family went here for lunch after church and before we got our food my father fell over unconscious. No one could find a pulse as we screamed at the top of our lungs for help. NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE even looked our way. My mother had to go into the kitchen herself to grab ice and paper towels as we furiously tried to get my father to regain consciousness. The worst part about the whole thing is as the paramedics rolled my father out on a stretcher, while we are all concerned for his life, we were required by the manager TO PAY THE BILL FOR FOOD WE NEVER EVEN RECEIVED! After my father got released from the hospital 2 weeks later he tried to call the restaurant to get the owners name so that he could write them a letter letting them know that his employees may need a refresher course on how to be decent human beings and he was promptly cussed out and hung up on by the manager. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!

Greystone. The food was average at best, but the service was very sub-par. I went there for a late breakfast with my wife and 2 kids, all 4 orders had something missing when the food was brought out, I had to ask for my bacon twice and when it did come it was under cooked because they rushed it out to me. My wife was informed after meal that they didn't have any biscuits she ordered, then they tried to charge me more than listed price and for toast and jelly, which came with the meal. They were not busy at all so they should have had time to get our orders right. I doubt I will ever try them out again as service was poor.

Breakfast is served until 1:00pm on sat & sun and we didn't get there until 1:30 so we missed breakfast. So we forgoed our usual Sunday brunch and tried the patty melt with fries. It was very delicious.

Staff is extremely friendly and their breakfast food is delicious!

Heavyweight. Andy's Heavyweight is the steak sandwich for me.

Classic breakfast spot. The waitress is always smiling as she brings good coffee and my regular (2 scrambled, hashbrowns, bacon & wheat toast).
