Used to come here for a late night craving but they've mysteriously shuttered their doors and drive thru. Hope it's just for renovations and they open again soon. Veggie burrito is really good and only $2.
Great experience. Julien and Bryan really do a great job. The burrito I got was probably the best one I’ve had in the city compared to other Taco Bells!

The crew is really friendly and fast! The absolute best Taco Bell in Charlotte, hands down! Lobby is always clean, food is hot and fresh, managers are always ready to help and available to guests! Bathrooms are real spacious and stocked well! Never have to wait long in Drive- Thru either! The place
The food was good but I'm old-school I opened up when the first Taco Bell's when I was 19 it does taste a little different but it's also getting expensive used to be I wish Taco salads would come
Had not been to a Taco Bell in quite a while but I was out and about and had a craving for their Soft Taco Supremes so my car kind of drove in there and got a couple of those bad boys. They were delicious!
The food drips exactly as much grease as you would expect, it's not a salad bar. The dining room is typically very clean at this location. Drive through takes a while at times but the food comes out fresh most times. I did order a burrito made specifically on the app, and when I got it the beans were thick, dry & they loaded onions in it. Definitely not how I wanted it.
I come here during lunch time. They always get my food correctly and fast. Food is always on point. Staff is very friendly and they don't try to rush you when you order.

After a long day dining inside Taco Bell was the last thing I wanted to do, however I'm so glad I did. Slow drive thru times. Food is correct when I receive it. It is also nice and warm. They really need to work on those drive thru times. NO COFFEE☹️
