As much as I enjoy a tollhouse cookie, the only tollhouse store in Charlotte is sooo badly run. I waste gas coming here to an empty cookie case almost every time. The place would do so much better outside of the mall…
I juggled between going to the Carolina place mall and southpark, but now the Carolina place location is closed down. This one may as well shut down too. It absolutely sucks. So much that I’m writing my first review about it. 🙄

Please don’t waste your time and money! I placed an order online (cookie cake) to pickup at noon. When I got there the cake was not ready and they also said that they were not able to do the cake because the decorator was not there. If I want it to pick up the same day it was going to be ready after 3:00pm (time that decorator comes). Obviously I didn’t have time to go back later so I asked for a refund, which they also refused to do because the order was placed online. I ended up getting a plain cookie cake with no decoration. 🤦🏻♀️

They make you go to the pretzel store line instead of cookie store line. Pretzel store line long. Long line make sad. I have autism and cried and they didn’t care.

Unsanitary...while waiting in line, I observed the young lady pass the cookie bag order to the customer which
he grabs and looks in the bag and decided he wants to exchange one of the cookies in the bag for a different cookie. The young lady takes the cookie bag back and returns the unwanted cookie back to the tray to resell!! I was in shock and walked away! No thank you! The wait was already long enough for there to be 2 customers ahead of me.

The people who work here are so incompetent. I ordered a cookie cake for fathers day and asked for the pick up day to be on fathers day at 11am. They made the pick up day for two days before the day I requested. I had to wait around for a long time on fathers day because they are incompetent. I had other stuff to do. The staff didn’t even apologize, just stood around like deer in the headlights until they came to the conclusion that they need to make a new cookie cake. If i had the option to give this place less than 1 star I would because it is much deserved.

Other reviewers are spot on. Placed my order online days in advance, got to the South Park store the day/time of pick up to find out that they never received the order that I indeed already paid for based on my credit card statement. I was received with deer in headlights stares and tons of defensiveness. After 20 min of their trying to figure out what went wrong, I’m still stuck having to wait an hour to get my order!!!! Never again!

I received such excellent service from the team at the South Park Toll House Cookie store. Kiana and Kelly were so helpful! I live out of town and ordered a cookie to surprise someone. They were even nice enough to delivery it to a near by location. It was a great surprise, and everyone loved the freshly baked cookie. Thank you Kiana and Kelly! (I hope I spelled your names correctly).

Paid full price for a large cookie and they gave me a mini one… when they had plenty of the larger cookies available. They’re rude to everyone and do not care about anyone
