Best breakfast & lunch in Charlotte!. The title says it all!! I eat at this lovely place at least 2-3 times a week and honestly I try to find out why I don't have even more time to go there!! My favorite is there cheesburger with fried egg and onion rings!! Wally is a miracle worker on the grill and Heather is so just so sweet :) For breakfast I especially love there western omelet and pancakes!!! mmmmm they have such a great variety and the portions are perfect. They have over stuffed sandwiches if u don't feel like eating any burger or wrap. I don't know if it's just me, but I get such a warm home-like feeling when im there. If you are ever in Charlotte it wouldn't be normal not to visit this place, it's like coming here and not going to Carowinds or the NASCAR track!!

What a Great place. Ive been going to Hot Rods Cafe every day sometimes twice a day for a month or so now and i gotta tell ya the place is clean, the people are very polite, food is made to order. once you get to know "wally" you wont regret skipping mc'donalds to come sit down or call your order in eating at hot rods. I actually climb trees and i cant eat in the heat but if i come to hot rods for breakfast you better believe im leaving there going to work and probly wont eat again till that evening. Hope to see some new faces in there if you can find a seat!!!!

Best Burgers In Town!. This place has the best burgers in town.Great people. Great place for the family. All in all I would recommend this to anyone that loves great food.

Damn Good Restaurant!!!!!!!. Since June 1st I have been a constant customer! It's great food, wonderful service and an awesome cook. When you come to Hot Rods Cafe you are greeted by the owner, tables are always clean and service comes as soon as you seat down! Now the FOOD.... the food is amazing!!!! Until you try it, it can not be put into words how amazing it is. My personal favorite is the huge waffles, eggs, hash browns and this sauce that is specially ordered that you can"t find anywhere expect at Hot Rods Cafe called Steve's Heat! But the most important thing is Quality and Consistency!!!
Great Deal!. Was looking for somewhere new to get breakfast on the weekend, read the reviews...they set my expectations perfectly as they were spot on. Good food very very reasonable, we'll be back again.
Definitely a hidden gem in the Mint Hill Area. Cute, cozy and good food. Burgers are great as are the onion rings. This place serves breakfast all day and has a few Asian items on the menu just to give it a little character. Enthusiastic service. Will definitely return.

This little restaurant is a hidden gem on Albermale road. Cozy atmosphere and clean. Rose the owner is very friendly and a great host. Open for breakfast and lunch and did I say "Cheesburger, Cheesburger Cheesburger" A recommended local place at a reasonable price!
I just had lunch at this little hole in the wall, and it was delightful. The owner was friendly, the food was high quality, and it had a really homey feel. I'll definitely be returning :)
The cheeseburgers get better every time I stop here. They also have good chicken wings. Stop in and see Rose, she the best! Happy Eating!
This place has an awesome vibe, especially if you're a gear head! Classic signage and diamond plate on the inside, and the food is great too. We will be going atleast once a week.
First time there .. and was amazed of the food you get here .. not your regular old mom pop restaurant .. yes they serve dogs and hamburgers .. but also some Asian dishes as well,, that are not on the menu .. they are totally good ..and all home made .. Roses and Mini are the real deal and worth the time to stop by and enjoy breakfast or lunch .. they are closed on Sunday and open till 6pm each day..

One of the most underrated places in Charlotte. The burgers are AMAZING!!! and the staff is phenomenal!. Definitely a place everyone must visit in Charlotte.
Fresh made food friendly greeting but limited on items to order from for lunch. Looks like they would have a great breakfast menu.
