Fresh and soft pretzels 🥨 with simple flavors. We tasted both original which comes with salt and cinnamon sugar ones both were so soft and flavors were on point. It’s a perfect evening snack for anyone. Service was great and polite.

I decided to try this Auntie Anne’s again after a pretty bad experience I had here about 6 months ago (cold nuggets, bad attitudes) and I’m so glad I did. The nuggets were hot and fresh, the employee at the register was helpful, and the manager Lucas was so friendly and chatted with me while they were assembling my order. I don’t know what changes they made but I hope they keep them up, I’ll definitely be back again!

I really wanted to leave this review. The establishment was really busy but Crystal and the rest of the girls kept the momentum and the customer service was out of sight. I live in Savannah, Georgia and I wish our crew was half as nice and service oriented as the girls at South Park Mall location. Kudos to this girls! Crystal was just amazing!

I ordered a catering order for my husbands birthday party to feed about 42 people. There was a mix up with the system or something so when I showed up and found out the order wasn't ready yet, I panicked a little. Kelly G didn't skip a beat and reassured me with a smile that she could have this order ready for me in 10-15 minutes. I shopped around the mall for 15 minutes and when I came back my order was ready. Kelly G's professionalism and quick reaction saved the day for me! She really handled a stressful situation so gracefully and with a positive attitude. Thanks so much Kelly G! Keep it up!

My mini pretzel dogs had 3 that were burnt and while I was standing there a lady came up and complained about her pretzels being hard. They immediately apologized and replaced them with fresh pretzels so I have no doubt they would have replaced my burnt mini dogs but I knew in my heart (and my thighs) it was best that I just throw them away. Would recommend as the ones I did eat were tasty.

I am crazy about their collection of Pretzels....Cinnamon to sausage, everything taste's so great!!! After a stroll in the mall, you should definitely hit this place and make it's lemon drink and pretzels hit your spot :)
