This Wendy's is okay if you go inside to order. If going through the drive, double check your order before departing. I would advise against trying to order via courier service, it takes extremely long only to get the order wrong. The staff are usually nice and when everything is on point it's on point.
I've not been to Wendy's in a while, so I was surprised when I walked in and saw the self kiosk.. Which I loved. I usually use that every chance I get. I ordered with no issues and was able to add my name when my order was ready. The main monitor shows your name in the list so you know when to come closer. That was pretty cool to me. The drink machine is super high tech but was easy to use and had alot of options. I ordered off the $6 menu but I can't complain. The food was good and hot and worth the value. The bathrooms were also clean. Parking lot was clean. Overall, great experience.
After traveling alllll day, flight delays, and getting stuck overnight, we were starving and everything was closed. Thank goodness the employees at the drive thru were awesome and let us walk up!! That burger hit the freaking spot too! Best Wendy’s burger I’ve had in ages.
The food is great. But the take-out line is still the slowest of the fast food places around this area. I understand that most places have been having "staffing" issues but this one is bad!
No one there drives. Looked closed from the lack of a single vehicle in the parking lot. Only thing that let us know they were open was the 2 people on either side of the building stepping outside for a smoke break and proving the door open with caution cones.
But other than that everything else was good. Fast friendly service and good food cooked fresh
Honestly this is the best Wendy's I've been to. They are SO efficient! I pulled up a few minutes after 12:00pm and there was about 7 cars ahead of me in the drive thru. They got all 7 cars ordered, paid, and on their way in under 3-5 minutes. Typically if I were to go to a Wendy's with the same scenario I'd be in line for at least 10 minutes before I even get to the window to pay. Everyone was super nice and again I can't stress enough how efficient they were, amazing teamwork! Lea took my order and didn't miss a beat, took maybe 15-20 seconds and I was pulling around to pay. Kendrick had me paid and ready to go in the same amount of time. I definitely plan on returning for this amazing experience and I hope anyone reading this does the same.
Food was great, wait time was very fast! Highly recommended!
