I Recently visited this restaurant and had a good experience. The food was hot and fresh, even though the fries were a little over cooked. The customer service was A1. Cashiers were polite and patient. They didn’t have a select few condiments (Lettuce, tomato) but the manager was very apologetic over the matter. The dining area was clean. I would suggest a more diverse music selection for the dining area for patrons.

Decent experience. The sweet tea on the counter wasn't sweet at all. Brought it tot the attention of the staff and she quickly got ua more tea from the back.

Biscuits were hot, fresh and buttered, service was quick, fries were perfect, Bo rounds stayed hot and were perfect and the Chicken biscuits came out perfectly.

Not bad. Food is usually delivered in a timely fashion. It's fast food, so expect items with a high lipid count. Chicken is less salty in comparison to KFC.

Had a surprisingly pleasant experience with this Bojangles! Unfortunately most Bojangles locations are meh at best, but our online order was accurate, the food was as it should be (crispy chicken, sweet tea wasn't overly sweet, mac and cheese good, everything at decent temp for online order, all condiments requested were included), and the staff was friendly and helped carry my order out to my car. They were all respectful and attentive. I just wanted to make sure they were recognized for this great job!

The food is great for any time of the day and has great prices! I think that I would get tired of it if I went too often, but if I'm hungry and don't know what to eat, bojangles is the perfect place. All the food has so much care put into it. It's hard not to love it!

Put the complete menu back on the drive thru order menu. If you serve things all day you should have them on the menu with prices. The chicken only prices weren't there either.
