I stop by here every Monday morning to eat while I'm at work. The food & service is NEVER an issue. But I always see a wonderful couple having breakfast together & Ms. Debbie is greeting everyone with a smile & giving laughs. The entire team works together & it's great to see & hear.
What a joy it always is to consume a meal at my local Chick-Fil-A. Even though there is always enough parking, the service is so swift that you can go through the drive threw, that's always wrapped around the building, and be on your way in four minutes tops. Whoever did the customer service training for Chick-Fil-A, Publix, and Harris Teeter, needs to branch out to other restaurant chains and retailers, because these locations have employees with the best manners anywhere in the country.

Overall we like this location. It’s close to home, operates well, and quickly deals with issues in a professional manner. We live less than 10 minutes away and get lunch here regularly. Today was a not a good visit, but after a short call with the manager we have no doubt the issue will get rectified. Our fries did not seem fresh and were half full for a large… which is a waste of money if the cup only gets half full. The manager said the fries have a tendency to deflate, and we haven’t had that issue before between us placing the order and then getting home to eat. And for 2 orders of fries? Just out of the ordinary since we regularly order from here. The added picture was how the fries were taken out of the bag. We had not consumed any by the time this picture was taken and my boyfriend’s Fry cup looked the same.. half full for a large.
The manager was nice, listened to my complaint, and offered free fries on our next order. We do appreciate it. Im sure we will be back within the next 5 days and we hope the visit will be back up to the expectation this location has set.
Grady and Seth at drive thru are the boys! Excelllent customer service, hot, fresh and accurate food, fast service no matter how long the line is!
Great staff and service. It’s always clean inside and everyone is so friendly. Love that I can come here and not feel like a burden like you may feel like at a McDonald’s or something.
I love the way they are with customers. Really good service, it doesn't matter if it's drive thru or inside they always give their best. I also enjoy food options, and my kids really like their nuggets.
When I saw the lunch line, I was hesitant as it was twice around the building. I was pleasantly surprised however that y'all are very organized and the line moved quickly, and food was delicious!

Other Chick-fil-A's need to take note of this Chick-fil-A! I was in and out in 5 minutes greeted by three or four employees. The food was very hot which I appreciated. They had every single item in the bag also! From now on this will be the only Chick-fil-A I go to in the immediate area! Five stars doesn't begin to cover this Chick-fil-A they're more like 10 Stars !
