Jersey Mike's Subs

Me & my wife came here for lunch. We were starving. There was quite a crowd in the restaurant but it moved quickly. The employees were professional and friendly. We ordered an Italian sub on rosemary bread “mikes way.” Which means the sub comes with all the condiments which are all fresh and delicious. We got the giant size sub. Although it was a big, delicious, fresh sub I think they charge too much. Came out to like 20 something dollars for a sub chips and soda. We’ll be back though😋

Jersey Mike's customer service is outstanding. Grade A! We placed an order through Door Dash and they delivered to the wrong address and the delivery driver was beyond rude. When I called Jersey Mike's and explained to them what happened they not only remade the order without charge, the manager actually delivered the order instead of having us pick it up. Absolutely impressed with their customer service. Well Done Jersey Mike's!!!

By far the best sub out there. Its not cheap. I get 2 meals out of it. I love it when i fill up my rewards card. Then i order the biggest one they have. Jimmy John's is a complete rip off. I refuse to go there since they started making there subs smaller. Did they think we would not notice? Fire house subs also has a great product. We wont even discuss subway. Thats a lost cause.

Had the Italian. The sub was fantastic and the service was friendly. The only thing they might could improve on.... There was only one other person in the restaurant eating, and only two more came in while I was there eating my meal, yet there were tables that needed to be wiped down and the trash was so full it was overflowing. It was about 2:30 when I first arrived. But still a good experience. The sub really was delicious.

****Updated review, after posting this and leaving a message for the owner I was promptly called back and assured that the vouchers would work and that if I did prefer a refund they would gladly accommodate that as well. I greatly appreciate the owner reaching out to me personally and still having a strong involvement in his day to day operation. Upgrade rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Normally have no issues with this location, but this time was just awful. Ordered my sandwich with small modifications (no onions, add peppers) and on rosemary parmesan bread. First time I got it it had onions still on it and had jalepenos (asked for banana peppers). Asked for a remake and then when I go it the sandwich was made on the wrong bread. Spoke to the manager and didn't get made told him I understand that we all make mistakes so he gave me 2 vouchers for a free sub, but never offered to refund me my money on the current purchase. He did offer to make the sandwich for the third but I declined as I was over it at this point. So I leave and as I look at the vouchers they gave to me I noticed THEY EXPIRED 2 MONTHS AGO!!! I call the store and the gentleman who answers and says he's a manger is very short with me and says the vouchers will still work even though it is clearly stated on the coupon in 3 locations the expiration date. So, I question this but he says they will work regardless of the date and rushes me off the phone. So now I'm out money for a sandwich I never got to eat and 2 expired coupons.
