Let me just say Belk is one of my favorite places to shop for clothes, accessories, and gifts. Southpark location has a big inventory of products and some your favorite brands for less expensive to expensive. While shopping for clothes, Tonitta was very helpful and did not mind checking the price on a shirt I was looking at to purchase. She even greeted us beforehand upon arrival. I even witnessed her putting items and speaking to other customers. I had to make sure we let her get our sale after being so nice. Also, I can't forget about Victoria in the Fragrance department she definitely loves her job and the customers. She suggested some nice perfumes based on my preference. I can not wait to rock my new scent. If you are ever at this location, this ladies got you covered.

I had not been in a Belk store in many years. When I was a kid my mom showed there always. It has always been upscale but they have a wine bar now! Now that's shopping! Store divided into sections by brand. Very nice.
Coffee was amazing as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful in making my selection..the atmosphere is great! They have an area with board games and ways to chill and interact with your friends the "old school" way. Also great spot to sit down and get some work done not too noisy at all. Overall great place!
I was able to completely fill my business casual needs. Customer service had quite the sales people, I ended up buying more than what I originally planned. Experienced customer service peoples that knew my neck and waist measurements before they pulled out the measuring tape.
The only problem with the chain store is personally that is rare on the floors. This time I was lucky and had a lovely lady by the name Luise Franklin . She was a real professional, guide me to find few pieces I needed and I was very happy, that I could have somebody navigating me and fulfilling the reason I am being a Belk repeated customer!
This place is huge . Huge as in 4 stories tall. Clean , organized , professional ! I did not make a purchase but as I walked through I seen employees giving help with a smile and seemingly enjoying there work. If I am ever back in the area I will defiantly. stop in again !

One of the ladies who worked at the cash register made me buy more stuff because she was very convincing. In the end, I saved more money because of her and her knowledge and friendliness.
I was not expecting to buy anything just wanted to see what they had new perfume wise and boy did Miss Victoria change my mind she was so knowledgeable with the up-to-date and new smells and gave the best advice I walked out with a whole set she is great at sales and knows her stuff
