Dropped Wife and her friend off at the Belk Theater for a show. So while walking around the city... Google Hoagie Shops and Sub One Hogie House came. Walked to it and was pleasantly surprised, food and service was great and they had a 96.5 Food Rating. I would definitely stop back if in the area.
Sub One Hoagie House has been on my radar for a while now and I finally got around to trying them out.

This place blows all the chain stores out of the water! Friendly staff, they even remember me and my order after months of being out of town. Hot subs are hot and freshly cooked. I stop by for lunch everytime I'm in town.
I come here regularly and have never been disappointed. As you can see they have great prices. They’re super friendly and quick, they can get busy during lunch time so I usually call in my order ahead. I recommend it for sure!
Super yummy but i recommend getting extra meat with the steak hoagies the regular one has very little meat. I’m a petite female so i don’t need a whole lot but the first time i came it was way more bread than meat. Happy with my purchase this time around w extra meat tho. Everything’s fresh and flav

Awesome family-owned restaurant with a great group of guys running it. I go here at least once or twice a week for lunch. The sandwiches are delicious, great portions, and really inexpensive. You'll spend less than $10 for almost anything on the menu, and it's so worth it. Definitely check them out.
I got the number one New Jersey Hoagie omgoooosh I loved it and they were so kind to let me use the latrine without having made a purchase.
So I made a purchase and hung out for a while to eat it all up! Delicious and they all are kind fellows. I appreciate your hospitality and your wonderful food!
This place is spot on great food, service and price. If you are in downtown Charlotte, This is a must!! I only give 3 stars on atmosphere because it's a little tight due to so many people wanting to eat at this little downtown hidden treasure!
Oh my hoagie!!! Have wanted to try this place for a while, I got the Jersey Steak (#1) and it was AMAZING.

First time here. Ordered the house sub, hot. With lettuce, tomato, onion, oil and vinegar. It was not too bad. Will go back again and try other things. The lady at the counter was very friendly and had great customer service.
I come here all the time! It's a great family-owned restaurant that makes great food. The chicken parmesan sub, and the chicken gyro are my favorites. After you eat here once, you will keep coming back again and again. Trust me! This spot is a Charlotte gem. 😋
