The food & value are always good. The issue is with the staff. They all appear to be high school-aged trying to figure out life (based on their loud conversations). That's great, just don't use the n-word in your open conversations in front of customers. These kids could go on to bigger and better things. But, that could be derailed if the customer with that opportunity hears them talk to their peers. Lastly, engage the customer and make eye contact, as opposed to just staring down at the register.

I'm so glad I'll be back to work soon, I have an addiction to this place. I just learned there is a point kind of system. I'm going to download the app and maybe reach out to somebody to see about getting a bunch of lost points. Ugh, I even asked one day if you had something like this and was told no. Ah, I hate when the employees are not knowledgeable of there work place.

The chicken gyro is well designed. Would like a second souce to add another flavour dimension.
The staff were making my large gyro sub for the 1st time... Lack of training by the company?
They did do a good job though so Kudos!

I recently was introduced to Firehouse Subs and I’m kind of annoyed that it took me 31 years to finally try it! The best convenience sandwich in my opinion, hands down. The people working here are also very friendly. I tipped them beforehand, and they made my sandwich before all the people in front of me 😀

As long as Tenneca is making sandwiches I will never have a problem! She definitely adds something special to how she makes her orders! Always enough of everything!! Best in the QC as far as I'm concerned! Tuna fully involved.
