The waitress was amazing. She were Very engaging and smiles, which I am sure opens up anyone appetites.......

Being from Atlanta you get use to a certain type of greeting and Rachel made me feel like I was at right at home . Gave us some wonderful advice on our trip as well. The food is awesome always. All IHOP Restaurants should have someone greeting the way she does. Nichole was an awesome waitress as well
The restaurant was clean. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. There was a little bit of a wait, but that’s to be expected on a Sunday morning.the food was hot and fresh All of the staff members we encountered were polite. I overheard the manager giving one of the young cleaning team members direction and I loved how he said “ yes ma’am” and got right to it. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of one of the hostesses in the front. She was dropping F bombs all over the place while she was talking to her peers and clearly making some of the customers that were waiting uncomfortable. She had blue hair that was up in a bun adding this because I’m not sure what her name was. She wasn't cursing at the guests or anything, she was just very loud with side convos that contained a bunch of curse words.
First time back in IHOP since the outbreak, pleasantly surprised. The staff was courteous and inviting as I walked to my table from hostess, cooks, and busboy. My server wasn't playing No Games, She greet me, got my drink order, checked on other guest, and wiped down a table that wasn't in her section. Slide the drink in beside me as she greeted another couple then took my order. Wasn't really impressed with the presentation of my food but when I tell you it was the second best omelette I've had in my life. ❤️
Table needed to be wiped off after we were seated. Server was polite and attentive. My wife's cheese eggs were not visibly appealing. Otherwise, everything is was good. The pancakes were nice, fluffy, and hot.
The pancakes tasted frozen and not fresh like the menu stated. IHOP food is not as good as it use to be before covid. Won't be back anytime soon. The service is always great.
