Great experience! The music was perfect and there’s a lot of active workers. The waiter was kind and efficient. The food was exactly as ordered and the price was perfect. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.
Destiny was AMAZING!!!!! I have never had a better experience at waffle house. She was so sweet and had all the answers, and the food came out so fast. Everything was perfect. Awesome experience!!!
Overall the food was pretty good. I also ordered a waffle that was served to me undercooked (raw) twice but I didn't take a picture. My waitress was really nice. She was very attentive and fast.
Joe was a very attentive and friendly. He made sure that our food was hot even when one of his customers kept distracting him!! Very nice young man!!

THE STAFF WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I HAD ON A PROVOCATIVE XMAS SWEATER. THEY COULD'VE REFUSED SERVICE BUT INSTEAD WE ALL HAD A AMAZING LAUGH AND KEPT ON TO REGULAR PROGRAMMING 😂😂 THE FOOD WAS FRESH AND WELL COOKED TO HOW WE WANTED IT EXACTLY. MY FAMILY AND I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK SOON INDEED 💜❤️
5/5 stars across the board IF you are looking for a Waffle House. It's a little hard to explain what that means if you've never been to a Waffle House at 2am before, but if you have, this is a great one!

Got stuck in Charlotte for an extra night, had heard so much about the Waffle House and wanted to give it a try. Man, it was a wild night. The lady working the counter was stretched thin. It was her and the cook with about 8 separate parties. She literally had to lock it down. She was so slammed that after another customer & I stepped to the front, she had the doors locked to prevent more customers from coming in. She proceeded to kick out a junkie who tried coming in through the backdoor, tend to all the bills, tried coralling a co-worker to show up for her shift, call out remaining orders & deliver them. The cook was something else. Man was slinging it at the griddle. Man in a wheelchair rolled up trying to get in and she turned him away and then spilled some tea on his situation.
I had the Texas Sausage melt plate with smothered, covered & chopped hash browns plus a chocolate & pecan waffle. I really enjoyed the meal. Waffle is one of the best I've had. The experience was... one to remember 🤣 A lot of things were said by the server that probably shouldn't ever be repeated. My shuttle driver informed me that he doesn't visit this particular location after dark. Geez, thanks man. You could've told me beforehand. It was fun though!
Very clean, fast & awesome service, the food was great, there was good conversation, great music!! Highly recommended
Efficient waiting times and service despite showing up at 12:30pm on a Sunday! Quality of the food never disappoints and neither does the Waffle House experience. The employees were very friendly and attentive too. Even saw Lil Richye sitting at the counter but I didn’t want to bother him because it seemed like he was really enjoying his meal!
