Absolutely amazing coffee shop! I love the vibes here, can spend the whole day studying & reading here while sipping on their amazing coffee! Everyone here is so friendly and the coffee selections are all so good! I had the toasted smore latte and it was tasty! The branding here is great and will come here again!

First time here and I'm hooked! I had the Roasted Hazelnut Frozen Latte. It was delicious! Love the decor! The service was ok. Wish the 2 girls were were a little more friendly/welcoming!

Love this non-chain coffee shop. Have been enjoying the vibe and their coffee since they first opened. Never had a bad experience! Great spots to sit inside and outside and visit with friends or catch up on work or Bible Study. Advice - park in the parking deck to avoid the traffic and parking mess in Waverly. Suggestion for the establishment - more treat options to enjoy with your beverage selection.

Cafe Moka may lack in space with seating but they make up for it with their menu! Love the flavor offerings to level up on an iced latte in the summer or a flat white in fall/winter. Not your basic coffee shop for sure! @ediblejoy IG

I've always had excellent service here, and the baristas are helpful and patient when I don't know what I want (it's hard to make a decision when everything here is AMAZING) The staff makes sure the cafe is clean and neat, and they keep the sitting areas orderly. Lots of outlets and good wifi- this is my favorite homework spot! Baristas are great at making sure all quests are respectful of the cafe, making it an awesome spot to hang out with chill vibes and great coffee:)

This coffee shop is kind of a gem, great coffee shop vibes in an are of town that is so “perfect”. Not what you’d expect. The seating options look good but are not very comfortable. But the coffee is phenomenal. Looks like they have a partnership with Red Rooster. I wouldn’t mind seeing more of these around Charlotte. I worked in here for a few hours and had a few coffees and it went from slow to very busy. They have a code to get into their restroom which seems very unnecessary.

Friendly staff, love the environment, and the maple latte is by far my favorite! I’ve tried the marshmallow latte & the biscoff latte, but the maple latte will always be superior. They have a lot of cool stickers, mugs, tshirts, etc. 11/10 recommend.

I like that this place sells ONYX coffee as well as brandywine coffee roasters coffee. They have an extensive menu as well as interesting seasonal drinks. Chill aesthetic and the coffee is good. I like going there before they close off the seating area.

My first time and I loved the decor, service and drinks. It had several sitting options and a fun, retro vibe. We tried a Honey Matcha Latte, Chai Tea Latte and a Mexican Spice Latte. Each drink had an awesome aroma and taste yummy! I only wish the teas came in a larger size. I can’t wait to go back for a smoothie.

From the modern neighborhood coffee shop vibe, to the friendly baristas and most importantly to a really good cup of coffee - Cafe Moka checks all the boxes for me. It's always fun to sit inside and take in all the nostalgia | nods to the 70's.

Have been visiting almost weekly for a year. Coffee is great. Place is clean. Chai tea latte tastes very strange- not what to order here. If you’re just coming to pick up coffee/ chat with a friend, great place to be. Not sure why so many reviewers note that the staff is rude. I guess if you want a coffee shop that you can stand at the counter and have a 10 min conversation with the person behind the bar, then try another spot. I was in recently when either the owner or manager had stepped in to help the staff take orders and make drinks. He thanked every person who ordered.

Location is great! Seating space is limited and congested however my Cafe Moka with hazelnut was really good. Loved the drink and definitely coming back to try more menu items.

Espresso and coffee place. In Waverly, there is plenty of seating in the outdoor courtyard. They are how Starbucks used to be before they switched to automatic machines. Grind and pull shots individually and make drinks to order. Atmosphere is corporate hipster, with 50s and 60s post-war look.

Coffee and service was fine but clearly not a place to stay more than a few minutes. Rules are if the place is full they want you to move on after 30 minutes. A place for a break, quick email check but not relaxing and meeting friends...
