In my opinion, THEE BEST Chinese spot in the Charlotte!! I’m originally from up north and this is as close as you will get. Yes the shrimp fried rice is flavorful and made with yellow rice!! (Yes yellow rice makes a difference 🙌🏾, it’s the best 😂) oh and they have shrimp rolls! I always get extra duck sauce for my rice and shrimp rolls 😋😋 To top it all off, you gotta get the BIG Chinese tea from the fridge with the lemon floating at the top. This is truly a Chinese restaurant classic & 10/10 recommend.

Great service and yummy food! Ordered ahead for Christmas Eve. For some reason the order didn’t go through so it wasn’t ready when we arrived. BUT, they went above and beyond to figure it out and get our large order done and packaged nicely within 10-15 minutes. And everything was hot, fresh and delicious! We’ve been customers for a while and will be coming back! Thanks again!

I was referred here by a coworker. Since then, I’ve eaten here back to back 3 times in a row, trying something different each time. Their food is so delicious and well seasoned.Restaurant is clean. Sanitation grade is 98 %. By far the best Chinese food place I’ve been to in Charlotte, NC for Chinese.

Mongolian beef for $6.45 (lunch special) and veggie chow mein. Hands down, best mongolian beef I've had in the area. Better than pf changs and much cheaper. Even the rice was perfect. same quality i have at home and it didn't crust right away after being exposed to air like other Chinese places. Definitely will return for this dish again and possibly try some more stuff on the menu. Glad I decided to try it out and its such a close drive from the house!

I got the house rice. It's really good. I had to add some salt, but that's better than it being too salty. Go flavor though.

I always go and get the honey wings. It cook right all the time. Hot when you pick it up . Nice people that works there. The tea/lemonade is the best too. My family comes twice a month cause we live far but it’s worth it at the end.

I ordered Chicken lo mein and they didnt bring it. They said their driver left and I would have to call back another day to get my lo mein. I called back and they told me they weren't going to give it to me. They literally took my money and did not give me what i bought. I said that I wasn't going to eat there anymore and his response was "that's okay". I was speaking to a manager so clearly they don't care about their customers.

Best Chinese Takeout in Charlotte.. The most incredible Chinese food I have ever had and I travel all over the country. The person who compared the food to sand in an earlier review is an idiot. We've been eating from Fu Shing for 8 years and it is consistently great. Please give it a shot if you're around Mountain Island in Charlotte.

Enjoy the food. I typically buy the same food each time I go. Hunan Shrimp and Hunan Chicken. I enjoy their food. Close to where I live, inside is clean and the staff nice. No issues here. I call ahead on Friday's because they tend to have a line that night.

We all knew something was rotten when the bag of food was brought into the car. the smell was not that of anything edible. it has the smell of burnt rubber. But, we decided it was time to give fushing a shot. <br/> This was god knows what, disguised as Chinese food. The fried rice was dryer than sand, the hot and sour soup was nearly pure oil. The pork pan fried dumplings has no flavor but the "meat" inside had some type of sauce on it and we thought it was the dipping sauce. Well, it was not. To this day, that liquid that was inside the dumpling is still a mystery. Oh, and the dipping sauce was sweet. Anyone who knows real Chinese food, knows what the dipping sauce should taste like. Then there is the chicken lomein. It was dryer that sand as well. All of the food was dry and very un appealing to the eye and taste buds.<br/> Having said all that, if you want real Chinese, go to House of Taipei in Huntersville by Birkdale. We have been eating their food since the early 90's when they were in the University area and they have not changed one single bit. Sorry mr Fushing. You are out of business

Pretty good Chinese takeout. Generous lunch portions for around $5 including a drink. It's no PF Chengs...but pretty good for the price!
