The pizza tasted just like buffalo pizza, and the wings and blue cheese were amazing. The only thing that bothered me was the number of people going in and out of the kitchen like it was a locker rm. The windows where the seating was dirty . Our waitress stayed gone way too long. We had to ask for her several times. The turkey sub was like a school lunch sub. Everything else was great. Just please clean the windows and control that kitchen. If it wasn't for my daughter telling me to give it a chance on appearance, I would have left . I came back and ordered takeout the next day. We came from Atlanta to visit, and I wanted to see if the pizza was really like buffalo, and it truly is authentic. The waitress said the cook is from Buffalo.
This may be the easiest review I've done yet. I've been going here for 4 years now and I'm going to make this short and sweet.

First time here and had a good time. The restaurant had the whole Buffalo thing going on. The associates were nice and made you feel welcome.
I get the impression that a lot of the staff are new because when asked a question of what was on their chicken sub, which was great, the waitress didn't know. It wasn't a big deal but I gave the specific items I wanted and it came exactly the way I requested.
I'm just so great to eat somewhere in which you can get wings and they don't have the overpowering taste of vinegar. These tasted like real Buffalo NY wings.
Decided to taste test the food since it was our first time. We tried the bourbon wings, a turkey Philly, and a Buffalo pizza. I would rank them in that order. The wings were really tasty 😋.
2nd visit - the best pizza and twice baked wings in uptown. Ordered from the full bar and watched the football game. Best service I received in town.
1st - Real Buffalo NY Pizza and wings. Great Western New York drinks as well.
Best pizza in Charlotte. We are originally from Buffalo and this place is the closest we can find to a Buffalo Pizza.
This place had amazing food - the entire menu was amazing. We went there for some true NY style food, and left impressed with lots of left overs. We ordered pizza, pasta, appetizers, salad, and Buffalo chicken...it was all delicious!
There was a bit of a wait, but I think that was mostly timing of several orders / tables coming in and they were light on staff. Even with that, it was a great experience. I highly recommend Bisonte Pizza!
First time eating here. I wanted some pasta and I got a great portion of it with awesome alfredo sauce. Also got a cheese pizza in which was very satisfying to my family. We love New York style pizza. Called our order in and picked it up. The staff was very friendly. Pretty nice size crowd for a Saturday night but not too crowded. Great location
I'm new to the area and have only been to Bisonte twice so far. I've loved the pizza and service on each visit. I've only had a chance to try their hot wings, pizza and soda at this point... But I'll be in again to try more things from the menu. 👍🏻
Buffalonian here! I just moved to the other Queen City and was feeling homesick after work. I had a craving for some hometown favorites and heard about the Bisonte Pizza Company.
Better than I expected because I expected the food to taste something like the food in Buffalo but this tasted exactly like the food in Buffalo. I ordered a single order of char bbq wings and a slice of cheese and pepperoni pizza. Thank goodness they offer slices because I wouldn’t be able to eat an entire box of pizza to myself. I was able to snap a picture of my wings but the pizza didn’t stand a chance! Thank you for bringing some hometown classics to the other Queen City.
