I normally won't write reviews, especially if it's a great experience but this one I have to brag about. Ty and Tonia welcomed me into the restaurant and after a long day and a hard month, they seemed to create this positive atmosphere that was so inviting. They cared about how I was doing and took time to know a little bit about me in our brief interaction. I will definitely be back to this location and recommend you do too. Great food and even better people, plus you'll leave feeling encouraged.

Always good, always fast, and always friendly. Can't ever go wrong with Jersey Mike's, because the consistency is there, the quality is always on point, and the really pretty manager at this location is always smiling and seems happy. Happy staff make happy guests. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.

Amazing all around. I go in about three times a week and I look forward to seeing the staff there every time. Today especially (even with the bush Tuesday rush). My father has been in the hospital and the girl who is always on register always asks about him and myself and it’s so kind. Thank you for being wonderful to me during a very rough time. Top notch customer service and Great food as well!

Excellent service every time - the evening weekday manager takes gluten allergies seriously (most places do not) and does a great job handling my wife’s gluten free sub. Jersey Mikes subs are the best around but this JMs has exceeded expectations

It was my first time visiting the Jersey Mike's in the dilworth area, and I just want to say...outstanding. The staff on 3/12 around 12:30 pm definitely deserve everything and more. I can't remember their names, but they were so kind & talkative, it made our day and subs worth it.
My husband and I ordered our subs, and then ordered for a family member who is super picky. He sent us a text to what he wanted but was so specific like wants a cheese that wasn't part of the original sandwich and didn't specify the bread, etc. My husband forgot to mention that as one of the staff members started making the sandwich, and when he asked if she could switch something out, she said "Oh not a problem at all. Just want to make sure you're happy with what you're getting." Super kind!!! I mean she already laid out the cheeses and then took it out to replace whatever cheese our family member had requested.
I would definitely recommend this location, and hope to be back with the same people working!

Just wanted to take a moment and acknowledge the staff at this location. Extremely friendly, efficient, and oh man...QUALITY- from the first to last bite and on to the cookie. Really impressed.

I ordered a sub here thru the app for delivery. I was charged and I never received my order. After talking with Jmikes corporate for a week and them being extremely NOT HELPFUL. I called the store. The manager's name was Terry and he gave me his cell for me to text him my order info. As soon as he was able he sent me my refund. 5 stars because Terry is incredible. Jersey Mikes corporate, not so much.
Thank you very much Terry - you deserve a massive raise.

This place runs like a well oiled machine! Staff is so friendly. Store is always clean. This location is not the closest to me but I will drive the extra miles to get my food here. I have nothing negative to say.
