Genny makes my morning sooo much better. She has the best attitude out of the the whole team. (She’s so kind!) And always makes my order perfect and quick! She deserves employee of the month or a promotion.
I had not been out for quite some time due to health issues. The Starbucks kios was a welcome site for me at the Steele Crerk Outlet Mall, Charlotte,, NC. Location is perfect. Customer service was excellent. My extra mocha ice coffee was delicious.
My service was quick, but sorry we don't have any caramel drizzle😢I guess I didn't need it anyway
I will rate this Starbuck a 4 because I went in and ordered, but I accidentally forgot to say that I want my coffee iced, and then he said "okay", and slammed the window at me. I will not say out his name because it is partially my mistake, but he shouldn't slam the window at me either.
Great place to be within the outlets. They fixed my drink just like I like it!! I normally get a white chocolate peppermint mocha, 3 Splenda at the bottom, extra peppermint and mocha.
A typical, well-run, outdoor Starbucks location. If they'd had a single gluten-free baked good item they would have gotten five stars.
Real busy so I'll give them a pass for not shaking my drink which always is at other places. Friendly service.
My Granddaughter had me try the Strawberry-Acia Refresher with Lemonade! It wasn't disappointing either 😁
