Very laid back atmosphere and friendly staff! My wife and I stumbled in here after we passed it a handful of time just thinking it was 'another Italian joint'. We would highly recommend. Pleasantly surprised :)
The food was excellent! Mild italian sausage in an excellent marinara... on my gosh...so good! Roman Holiday salad super duper fresh... the olive oil was so fruity and robust! The oasted veggies were excellent with tons of delicious garlic and the shrimp was roasted - although plain. ..cooked perfectly and gratfully not salty. Awesome meal...nice portions...salad had leftovers.
My husband and I went there on a Sunday afternoon. They have a great Sangria and brunch specials. We tired the Meat Cone and it was great (meatballs,pasta in a pita like cone).
We were approached by Megan who was very friendly and made excellent wine recommendations. You could open a bottle of wine or use the self pouring wine machine.
We also spoke with the manager who said they are re-vamping the menu soon. He said they have heard the feedback since opening and going to make some changes. I hope more ppl in the southern neighborhood give this place a chance!

The food is absolutely phenomenal and also customizable to your taste. Not to mention there is a very nice wine selection that is dispensed via tap. It was my first time dining at Fidelli and outside of the wonderful food and wine, the customer service was some of the best I've ever experienced dining out. Kendrick, Amber, and Xavier were very knowledgeable and were so personable and welcoming. I highly recommend Fidelli and especially this location with the excellent staff on hand.
Came in with my girlfriend for lunch and we were blown away by how good the food is. Would definitely recommend one of the cones but they also had healthy options with their power bowls. While you’re waiting for your food, there’s a wine section to look through or they offer tastings as well. Excellent spot!
This is exactly what South End needs, quality affordable food, and fast. I ordered a fantastic meatball sandwich on their "Dutch crunch roll". It was stacked with fresh mozzarella and delicious.
Also got a massive salad to go with, also great. The self serve wine bar had a wealth of options. Looking forward to going back.
Wonderful atmosphere, great design, terrific team of people working there. Very impressed by the selection of wines as it is just the right amount so your not overwhelmed. A nice experience in a pair of jeans or dress slacks. Terrific owner and story behind the business.
My visit was very pleasant. The cashier, Amber, was so sweet and professional. Another young lady, Lindsey, was also very nice. The atmosphere and architecture is awesome and the food was fantastic!
The only concern I have is the grim attitude of the other young lady. Hopefully, the bright and kind spirits of the other young ladies will rub off on her, at some point. A good attitude is crucial when you work in customer service positions.
Fidelli had great customer service with Paige (kitchen manager) as she helped us order by describing what each food item vividly and she catered to us. Fidelli has complementary sweet tea and self serve wine. I chose the Meatball Cone and it was very good.
