Hi Tide Poke & Raw Bar

These poke bowls are the real deal!! I’d recommend getting the build your own bowl. I added the soba noodle salad (Japanese favorite of mine), ahi tuna, loaded it up with tons of veggies and topped it with the sriracha ponzu sauce for a little kick. The shoyu sesame option is also good for that wonderful umami flavor! Very savory and satisfying.

Great little restaurant! I work within walking distance, so I eat here often. Lobster roll Mondays are where it's at! I also enjoy the lobster bisque and the seared ahi tuna burger. The Poke Bowls are delicious and best in the summer when you can get the ripe avocados on top. Overall I believe these folks provide great service and fresh food. #healthy

An appealing location in an old fish market serving nice fresh poke dished up in interesting bowls. Their iced coffee and fruit beverage of the day are always yummy. The main reason to visit is for a delicious and refreshing salad composed of various types of seaweed. Sadly it was not available this past visit; instead was served the basic radioactive green that you can get anywhere. Hopefully just a fluke or the ingredients were out of season.

I've been to High Tide three times now (2 lunches, 1 dinner) and it's been wonderful each time. The spicy tuna and yuzu hamachi poke bowls are excellent, the lobster roll is delicious, and everything has always been fresh. Service has been great, the restaurant is clean, and the music is good. I'll have to come here a fourth time the next (and fourth) time I'm in Charlotte.

We were on a poke kick after all of the new places started opening in Charlotte so we decided to stop here and give it a try. This one was unique compared to most other poke places because you order from the menu at the counter, but you don't see the ingredients when you're ordering and you don't watch them make it. They had a large variety of ingredients, but it was hard to order because I didn't know what several of them were. The person taking my order was helpful and tried to explain them to us. We got our food quickly and really enjoyed it. The ingredients were high quality. They had most of the sauces on the table so you could try as many as you wanted. The restaurant is fairly small inside, but there was plenty of seating for us. We sat at a large community table in the middle. In addition to poke, they have quite a few appetizer and seafood options. I would recommend checking this place out if you are a fan of poke/seafood.
