Have been coming to this location and the uptown one for years, at least weekly. In my opinion they have the best wraps in town - definitely check out the moneterey wrap. Staff is always friendly and my favorite lunch spot in Charlotte.

Picked up the salad special today which was lemon pepper blackened mahi-mahi with a variety of lettuces and condiments, and it was absolutely delicious! My husband, who does not usually eat salad for lunch, ate most of it! This is my go to lunch spot in Dilworth.

I always stop by here if I want a delicious salad. I like how they have four different types of lettuce. Always seems very clean and I love their homemade Ranch dressing. Isiah and Kathy they work there are very friendly.

I've NEVER had a bad salad here!!! The roasted lemon vinaigrette is to die for with the grilled salmon! I downloaded the app, I order and it's ready when I get there... Trust me on this.

I found this place by googling best salads in Charlotte. When I tell you I was not disappointed. I was greeted with a smile when I walked. The young man that waited on me was very courteous!. The salad not only looked fresh but tasted fresh as well!. I asked for extra cheese, and I told the young man I would pay extra but he looked at me with that big beautiful smile and said don't worry about it! I told him I went to chops for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and Chops has nothing on them other that they chop your salad. Please check this hidden gem out, you will not be sorry! Oh and by the way there's enough salad to share with someone else or just save it for later!

I love the pesto salmon on the salad. It is honestly my favorite part about getting a salad here. The staff are friendly and the vibe is cool. I do wish that the veggie options were a little better, but the salads are fresh, taste great, and the place is really clean.

Every time I come here I'm more than happy. But today I am lost for words. If you guys don't already know every day there is a different special. And today's special was a Teriyaki tuna salad. This salad was so good I wanted to turn back around and leave a second tip. Their ingredients are always so fresh. Masala was $13 I miss more than enough food for one person I would say it's a great portion compared to any place you can get a salad from. The menu is very creative if you want to make your own salad the ingredients are vast. My only thing is I wish they had a location closer on the north side of Charlotte.

I could tell the blonde girl working today was having a rough day doing everyone's work and getting yelled at by customers but staying strong our food was delivered in a timely and positive manner. The wraps work great as was the tea, worth the money and the trip to Charlotte.

Our first visit and they were very friendly and helpful. The food was really good and decent portions for the price. We had the smokehouse wrap with side salad. Would definitely recommend.

I really like their food. Very fresh and flavorful. Great staff especially CoCo and the crew! I like getting my food and eating outside because of the brick covering and umbrellas to eat under. Rain or shine I can sit outside on a warm summer day.
