We did takeout from here twice two weeks ago on a recent visit to Charlotte, NC. We had an order of warm Pretzels with craft beer cheese dipping sauce, a Crispy Whiskey Combo of ribs, fried shrimp, French fries and a small side House salad, an order of Chicken Parmesan Pasta and a slice of Cinnabon Caramel Pecan Cheesecake. On the 2nd visit we did takeout of the Fridays Signature Whiskey-Glaze Sampler of ribs with Sesame Chicken and fries, onion rings and broccoli. Both times the food was very good. We will definitely return again and would certainly recommend a visit.

My daughter and I came here after we waited almost 30 minutes for a place at Chili’s. We didn’t have to wait. TGIF prices went up a lot. Eating at regular restaurants now is like eating at a fancy steakhouse. But other than that the hospitality was off the chain. Our waitress was very friendly. She did her JOB!!! Food was good and hot but the portions where small even to me a person that does not eat very much. Drinks were good. Parking free and plentiful, wait staff was so cool and helpful, our large party was quickly accommodated. Clean environment. I have not been to Friday's in years but I will be going back soon...let's talk about the salmon...very flavorful...I didn't have to add anything to it, the smoked flavor was spot on and not to overwhelming. The broccoli was nicely flavored as well and do not leave without getting the mashed potatoes they are so good I think they made then with Jesus tears as a major ingredient.

Real cool and laid back atmosphere. Went in for takeout on a rainy night, both bartender and host very attentive. Would recommend.

Great service and clean restaurant. The food was very good and our server was kind. Everything went very well and we were lucky it was so close to our hotel. Definitely would eat at this location again. The Brownie Sundae is delicious by the way.

I went here last night for a quick bite to eat with my family. I had a wonderful experience. I can’t remember our servers name, but she had blond braids. She noticed we hadnt been services so she swooped in and took our table. She was very attentive and sweet, and when we had any issue she was quick to respond. 10/10

Went in a little late but not too late it wasn't too busy and it wasn't over packed we got immediate seating and ordered the food but it forever to get the food but once we got it everything was good and hot nothing was cold and you can tell it was very fresh everything was really good and our server was really cool we were tripping off of him and laughing the entire time even the guy who we're cleaning the tables kept us laughing we enjoyed ourselves and will come back anytime

Service was amazing! I ordered the sirloin with garlic potatoes and a side of Jack Daniels sauce. My steak was cooked perfectly! I appreciate the wait staff as they tentative to our table. I thought it was considerate that our waitress was pregnant and they had some assisting her with each table. Will be back awesome service guys!

I ate lunch here today and the food was very good! Although it can be more expensive than regular lunch places like Applebee’s the food is worth it. We also had an appetizer of mozzarella sticks and I would definitely recommend those. The best I’ve had in a while! The pictures are of a house salad, boneless wings with Apple Butter BBQ, and Cheddar and Broccoli Soup. My experience was good and the waiter was nice.

Ate dinner last night with my family. Wife and i had steak, and our son had mac & cheese with fries. The food was good, the atmosphere is nice, and the staff were very friendly. I took 1 star off because the side salads were very small. Like a baby salad. That and they cooked my steak medium well instead of medium rare. I didn't ask to change it because i didn't wanna wait any longer. The medium well was good, just a little dry. It's a nice place to go when you been to Chilis 1000 times and want a slight change.

Yesterday I took my 6 year old for pot stickers and wings for her great grades she got on her report card. The food and service were awesome. I do miss the cabbage on the potsticker plate though 😟. My waiter brought me a side dish of slaw to make up for it. Awesome waiter

The first thing we were confronted with was a drunk person, hugging management and still ordering drinks while cursing and staggering around. Second we waited at least 15 minutes for a waiter to simply get us water and take our order. The order came, only appetizers, no condiments for them, BBQ sauce, ranch etc, then we waited 10 minutes for them. We returned the food for fresh warm food but by then or experience was tainted. The Northlake restaurant isn't the best but is it a lot better than this location.

The waitress was kind and got her tip of 20%. The place wasn't packed when we arrived. Took 20 min for 4 at our table to get drinks. I ordered a sweet tea but the rest had lemonade. we were told it was the bar who made the drinks non alcohol mind you. We ordered the food when we asked for the drinks. Took 45 min to get the food. The $10 unlimited appetizers specials. You must order the next refill when that one arrives so you don't have to wait 20 min to get the next one.The tables were sticky the floors need sweeping around tables. Straw wrappers and food droppings. At least 3 times we all heard dishes or glass breaking in different areas. The air conditioning could have been cooler. Leaving the restaurant tiles leading to handicap parking were broken and loose. Tripped on a few. The food was good once it arrived.

Mashawnda was the worst server Im sure jve ever encountered. Now don't get me wrong I don't mind leaving a tip when the service us warranted but this "server" didnt offer to refill simple water glasses AND we were her only table. Her attitude at the end as we were checking out was even worse. Let my check amount be different and you will hear from my attorney. Not to mention we were a table of 12 and she brought one water refill...guess we were supposed ti split the one water... SMDH....

Service was horrible, drinks tasted as if they were from the toilet, sesame chicken was good, waiter tried to get us to make chicken dish entree with nothing additional but cost, would not visit again

Worst service I've ever had at a restaurant! We were here for an hour before we even received our drinks! People in after us were served before us! I finally got up to get my own drink refills when our waitress went MIA. That caught the bar tender's attention and she finally came over to us to apologize and assist. She said they are short staffed. Understandable but made for a horrible experience. I certainly won't be returning nor recommending.

This the worst Friday ever. We had a great waiter, Zach. Besides him it was horrible. They keep messing up my order. I sent it back and theu brought it back and it had hair in it. Z was so nice about but the manager didn't even come and apologize for the mistakes of my order. I just change my order all together and got boneless chicken wings and never did get while I was sitting with my party. I got my order when it was time to leave in a Togo box and my waitress had to go and get bc no one never brought it out to me. Horrible horrible horrible horrible service. They need to shut this TGI FRIDAYS down.

We recently visited this weekend from Cincinnati, we sat ourselves at the bar however the service was prompt. Everyone worked as a team, our premium islands were to die for!! So good we ordered more rounds! Last but not least our food was amazing , cooked perfectly, and it was fresh!! Overall it made our visit; we we're very pleased and happily tiped the girls at the bar. It certainly gives us an excuse to come back ��🖒🖒

Disgustingly dirty! Straw wrapper in my water, beer glass filthy with red sticky stuff all over it, asked for a manager and never came. Floor had trash under tables. I feel bad for our waitress it wasn't her fault....

Servers were very nice, but service was very slow and inattentive. I received my food a good 20 minutes before my husband, which I found strange. The food was excellent. My jack glazed chicken wings were delicious, and my husbands flat iron steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The smashed potatoes were awesome. The hostess we had upon entering facility was very polite.
I have to make a comment, she wasn't our server, but she waited the three or four tables by us. She was a beautiful young, thin, black girl with gorgeous long wavy black hair, and wore a head covering, like a bandana thing, she was busting her butt and was non stop taking care of her customers. She was at her tables off and on, and so friendly to her customers. I thought she deserved recognition for being such a great server. If all of the wait staff that night worked like she did, I would give this place 10 stars if I could. My waitress may have been stretched thin, I don't know, and I am not knocking her down at all since I do not know the situation. Like I said, she was very friendly, we just didn't see much of her. I will definitely return. The food was perfect.

My husband order a half order of the chicken pasta and it was $10 for it.. when our food came out, I kid you not the "half size" portion was about the size of one of those microwave cup of noodles!! It wouldn't have filled up an infant let alone an adult! And they have the nerve to charge $10 for it!! Also it took about 45 minutes to get a drink refill.
