My mother and I have been here multiple times and all the times we been here were all fantastic. The place was clean, had friendly-service, it was family friendly, and the food comes to your table very quickly. When we start walking to the drink section to make our drinks after ordering at the register and then walk to an available table to sit at, a few minutes later, the food comes out and goes to your table. Brown bag has good quality food all around. I got the grilled chicken sandwich with a side of red skin mashed potatoes and a chopped salad. It was absolutely delicious. I got all this food for around $8.50. I get this meal almost every time I’m here at Brown Bag. I definitely recommend going to Brown Bag if anyone wants to get an affordable and delicious meal.

Brown bag catered an event of likely 50+ people I attended. It was an incredible spread. Two salads, chicken, ham, loaded potatoes, gravy, green beans, rolls, & brownies. Food was well seasoned, hot, and the containers never leaked! I had a chance to meet the owner as he was leaving. Good people & great product + service. I recommend

My favorite lunch spot when I'm working at the office. The staff is always welcoming every visit. I definitely recommend trying everything on the menu cause I have zero complaints about anything. The salads are delicious too.

I’ve always loved their food (quality ingredients, taste great, great value for the price) and a review was long overdue but I had to take the time after my girlfriend left her purse there yesterday and one of the employees came running out to the parking lot with it. I’ve been several times for lunch and it’s always so good. The Buffalo chicken tacos and steak sandwich are favorites at our house. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. You can tell the meats are not frozen or pre-cut and I love all the choices for sides. The employees are all really sweet, too. Just a great spot all around!

7/29/2020 Don’t let the name fool you the food here is legit delicious!!! Stopped here for lunch and ordered the steak sandwich on chibata bread and my two sides were grilled asparagus and mashed red potatoes! The sandwich was fantastic as well as the two sides! The service was also great!! I highly recommend stopping here for a bite to eat!

We got a catering order for our wedding. Allow me to say I could not be more impressed with the quality and quantity of food, and the ease of ordering. I got the BBQ menu. The chicken was to die for, as were the brownies and ceasar dressing. They gave us everything we needed to set up and serve, and ordering on their website was very easy. Catering prices are some of the best around. Will recommend to anyone who is looking for catering.

This place is actually incredible! Grabbed my first bulk order today just as a way of meal prepping for my week and it was ready when I got there. The staff were all very genuine. Got home and was blown away at the food, just amazing. I’m going to be grabbing bulk orders every single week now.

If you are getting married and looking for a caterer, look no further!! Brown Bag catered everything (appetizers, drinks, dinner, and dessert) for our wedding and not only did we pay half of what anyone else quoted us, but the food and service were truly amazing!! We were welcomed in for a generous tasting of the menu options we were interested in and the staff answered all our questions with kindness. The owner, Dan, was so accommodating and patient as we ironed out details, always responding in a timely manner. Our experience was so fantastic that my parents reached out to Dan and had Brown Bag cater a smaller family dinner the week before the wedding. Lastly and just as importantly, the food was SO YUMMY. All our appetizers disappeared and people commented on how delicious everything was - moist meat, wide variety of salads and sides, and the BEST brownies and banana pudding! We've been back to the Ballantyne location since for lunch and enjoyed other menu items just as much. We can't recommend Brown Bag enough.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Brown Bag! We stumbled upon it yesterday and will return as often as possible! The food is fresh and wholesome with plenty of healthy options. The price is more than fare and the portions are generous. We ordered: Grilled Chicken, BBQ Chicken Tacos, Grilled Asparagus, Chopped Salad, Baby Spinach Salad, Mashed Red Potatoes, and Banana Pudding. Everything was outstanding!! Special mention must go to the banana pudding and mashed potatoes! They are a must try! Enough about the food, let’s chat about the staff and atmosphere. If you miss genuinely good folks with a flare for making your day better, this crew will not disappoint. They are as kind and welcoming as they are quick and efficient. No stress, just smiles! If the food and service weren’t enough, they also practice what they preach about improving the community! Go by, grab a bite to eat for lunch and don’t forget to get the banana pudding!

Just had lunch at The Brown Bag for the first time today and it was delicious and very reasonably priced. My lunch was 11.00 and I had the grilled chicken, spinach salad, red skin potatoes and a tea. So yummy!
