Ordered at the drive in and my Cajun Sandwich was missing. Drive back 10 miles and Jeffrey the manager refunded me my money and made me a fresh combo. Great service and very polite. This is my only and main Bojangles I go to. Thank you guys great job . 🙏🏽🙏🏽👏👏👏

FRESH & HOT EACH TIME THAT I GO!! THE STAFF ARE REALLY DOING A GREAT JOB!! THE YOUNG MAN THAT WAS IN DRIVE-THRU WAS VERY SWEET & EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I ALWAYS ASK FOR EVERYTHING TO BE FRESH OR I DONT EAT IT!! & ALOT OF RESTAURANTS & DRIVE-THRUS HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THAT THEY REDROP OR GIVE YOU WHAT IS Sitting!! ONLY FRESH IS WHAT IM PAYING FOR!! I stopped by this morning for a good aloe Cajun filet biscuit combo with a sweet tea. I also had a couple of Bo berry biscuits. The meal was great, besides the biscuit for my sandwich. It crumbled right after I opened it. I hesitated but, finally decided to exchange it for another one. The manager was so sweet. She didn't say a word or give me any trouble, at all. She even gave me a ranch dipping sauce to go with my seasoned fries! The dining room is back open so I dined it! Good morning. Great breakfast!

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by my drivethru service. The window attendant was cheerful and greeted me with a smile and ask how I was doing. When I ask for jelly she in great humor stated that the store was out but if she had been ordering it would have been ready right when I asked. She was truIy a joy to transact with. The biscuits on this day were amazing! The biscuits were light, fluffy and hot and everything tasted great. I have had a bad experience or two at this location but on this visit, I was truly wowed!! Keep it up and give that lady with the longlashes, great humor and smile a raise because she knows true client service.
