Recently stopped here for a quick bite before seeing a movie at the SMG in the Epicenter. We got a large Steak sub with everything and it was enough for the two of us. Not a bad wait time either. Firehouse sub food is really consistent from location to location which we really appreciate.

The food was pretty good But the service is poor quality. They talk & play behind the counter & take forever to fix your order. I was the only customer in the store & I wasn't in a hurry However I WAS on my lunch break & my time is valuable. Will not be going back here. Just dont appreciate the lack of customer courtesy. Dont play around when customers are on the store.

Got take out from here. I had a complicated order so I was already skeptical of how it would turn out. However everything was accurate and the subs tasted GREAT! Also received a warm, sincere welcome when we walked in! Definitely recommend this firehouse!

They are fast, friendly and and the food seemed hot and freshly made. Hard to find good customer service these days but that group working that shift nailed it!!!! I'd most definitely go back!

Great food and friendly service. Manager and employees even checked on our experience. A bit of a heachache to get to if you don't know your way around the city/epicenter.

This was a great place to eat! Food was hot and came pretty fast. Alexis was super. She took time to get the kids order correct and was just so nice. Made me feel she valued me as a customer. A coworker helped her with something and was ver nice too. I felt like the staff liked their jobs and took care of the customers. What a refreshing wonderful place.

Service was confusing due to untrained cashier and further untrained staff. Food was on par and really tasty as usual. Nice atmosphere but a not so clean feeling.

Employees are friendly. The store is always well stocked and kept clean. The food is great and done in a timely manner. A good place to eat then go hang out nightlife around the epicenter

Another one I wish I could only take a half star away. I have not been disappointed so far. Their large subs are huge, im a big guy and it will make 2 meals for me. The Hook Ladder sub is very tasty and one of my favorites. I to have suffered from the soggy bottom bun but I think that ends up being what you decide to add to it that helps contribute to that. Ive never had a soggy bun from any other sub there so Im not going to be to harsh on them for that.
