A cute little coffee house and bakery. Large windows overlook a quiet street that’s ever beautiful on a soft, rainy day. The drinks were good, as were the food. Would for sure go again.

I like this place. The coffee is OK, if not great. The bread is OK, if not great. Service is OK if not great. Einstein next door has a better offering. But unlike most places in Charlotte, it feels real. Try it.

I live a little more than a 1 hour drive to Charlotte, and I always try to squeeze in a stop at Nova's. Everything I have ever obtained from there has been very good. I always come for scones, and appreciate that they are prepared more in the European style, so they aren't so sweet.

Wonderful treasure with three bakeries. You can find cannoli, chalah, and buttery raspberry and chocolate rugala, French bread scones, eight grain bread, and much more. Did I say cookies and muffins? Their coffee selection is broad. They also have tasty sandwiches. Best of all, they use unbromated flour! Please check out what bromine is, and what it does. They keep it out of all of their pasteries. Enjoy!

Had a wonderful start to Sunday morning with my boyfriend. We were looking for something quick and delicious before jetting to church and Nova's conveniently happened to be across the street. Super welcoming staff and we loved the food and coffee!
Definitely diving into that focaccia next time around.

This is a small family owned company that serves great desserts and breads. It is a bakery you can get any type of coffee drinks you want. It has a homey feel to it once your there. Great bagels by the way.
