Weekday "Date Night " dinner was good. Potato soup was EXCELLENT; on a previous visit, a server told me to try it topped with Tabasco Hot Sauce 🔥, best advise ever. It really kicks up the flavor. Now I order potato soup here every time I come. The Caesar Salad with grilled salmon was also EXCELLENT. The salmon was grilled perfectly, and the dressing had an extra kick. I enjoyed the wingd also. Our server was great and very attentive.

I stopped in on Aug 30 midday just to have some fries and a beverage. It was not very busy and I always am a bar sitter. Nick was the bartender and was very pleasant to chat with. He also introduced me to Reuben, the owner Manager who, like Nick, was a very enjoyable person to chat with. Next time maybe I'll have more than fries!

Great service! Maddy, the bartender & our server, was friendly, very pleasant and knowledgeable. She offered great suggestions when asked (turned out delicious) and was attentive to our needs even with a full bar. The manager, Ruben, even stopped by to check on us and was very pleasant as well. It was my first time at this location and I'll definitely come back, when in town. Came here to have celebratory lunch with friends.

This Outback has the best food ever. Service is iffy though. We had the best service we ever had there tonight. Our waiter Steven really went the extra mile to make sure our experience was excellent. He made sure our drinks were filled and all our extra sauce got delivered to the table. Thanks again Steven for the exceptional service!!!

It has been a while since we went to outback. It was very good. The food was well prepared and tasted great. The prices were very good for the quality of food. We will be back for sure. We also appreciated the welcome nature of the staff. The atmosphere was relaxed. It can be hard on this side of town to have a quiet meal, it seem there is always some ruckus going on. However this was NOT the case here it was all calm and relaxed.

Bianca was an absolutely phenomenal server and the attention to detail was remarkable. My sister's chicken tenders came out looking subpar and before a request was even made, she took it upon herself to go make sure she would have some extras. She made dining in a wonderful experience and I would absolutely request her the next time I came back!

We visited Outback Steakhouse during lunch time. We went for our holiday lunch for work. Steven was attentive, personable & very respectful. He kept us updated with our food orders since we had about 17 people. He handle our table by himself and we got our food fairly quickly and our overall service was wonderful. Reservations for a party of 20 for a birthday gathering after Sunday morning worship service. The tables were set up and the waitress was prepared to take our food orders. The food came out for each group at each table at the same time! The service was great!

Our waiter STEVEN went above and beyond to make our dining experience amazing. He was so knowledgeable about the menu and made it easy to order. He is a great asset to this establishment and ambassador for the Outback restaurant chain. I would love to know He is seated at the table to make corporate decisions. All the food was extremely over salted, and this is coming from someone who salts all his food routinely.
Also the manager did not handle it well, although she was apologetic, she was also condescending and acted like it was not a normal issue. The waitress told all of us it has been an issue since it opened.
The manager even went as far as asking if anyone wanted more water to wash all the sodium down. She needs to learn to play to her audience. If a table of 7 all had overly salted food, which took forever to get, you probably should not start cracking jokes at the table.

The new Crabcakes Appetizer? Skip it. Clam chowder is delightfully full of juicy clams, but too thick & too sweet (maybe ditching the carrots from the recipe would be enough to de-sweet it?). And our lunchtime waitress was all over us like a rash the whole meal. ďż˝

Great service, would only add if you dont care for alot of seasoning/salt.. ask for your steak LIGHTLY seasoned, they season the heck out that steak, with 17 seasonings I was told. The Manager n staff was very accommodating , n my second steak was perfectly amazing. But by the time it came I was ready to go.

This is the worst Outback in Charlotte. Although It is literally around the corner from my house I will go out of my way to another location because I know I will greatly enjoy my meal at any of the other locations in Charlotte. The food is very mediocre. Ive been here a few times and each time the experience has been horrible. I ordered a salad to go the other day and I sat there for 25 minutes before I decided to drive off. You think anyone ever called me? Nope. Another occasion I ordered wings all flats...It wasnt until the party that I was with began to get their food before anyone informed me my request couldnt be fulfilled. So I had to wait on my next order to be cooked...which was a Medium steak with garlic topping...the steak was Medium rare and the garlic topping was missing. complained about this only to then have my steak OVERCOOKED. A "key manager" came out and appeared very non chalant about what I was reporting. You guys really need to work on your establishment. A new building but crap food and service.

There service is the worst that I’ve ever since at any Outback! The food is subpar and is never hot upon arrival at the table! I’ve tried it numerous times hoping that they would get it together but that has yet to happen! The manager always has a attitude and doesn’t want to hear concerns and always backs her servers up even though they are not always on their job! I won’t be returning to this particular establishment. I will definitely drive further out to have an enjoyable meal.

Outback is my favorite restaurant but this location failed.....me and tiek had to send our bricks....I mean our steaks back because they were dry and hard as rocks...by the time they got replacements out(no apology) dinner was over so it was tossed in a box. The worst part is that Rick ingle made reservations told them it was my birthday and the server totally forgot to bring my dessert he asked for.....shitty food and customer service! 154.00 bill to my kid for this is unacceptable!

The service at outback on University City And Ikea Blvd is not what everyone thinks it is I've worked there and from the owner Lindsey down to the managers mainly Christa talks to the employee's like shit and the food is not all that great and I think it's because not everyone that's making the food washes their hands
