Coffee shop on a Sunday morning was great because of the comfy leather chair I was sitting in reading. Relaxing and friendly customer service....just wish they had whole milk.

Great atmosphere and high quality. We have always loved Caribou Coffee from the store but this just took it to the next level. I wish there stores were more wide spread!

I cannot say enough of how incredible the atmosphere, the culture and the people are all about Red Carpet Treatment 💕 It’s just amazing here and to me it is the best coffee ever! Please Open up more I’m thinking Huntersville would be a Grrrreat Location! 😂

Caribou is rare in Charlotte. This is one of the few remaining and it's a pretty awesome hangout. I feel their drip coffee is better than the Green Siren people. Lots of seating inside and a couple of tables outside. Free wifi. Decent sized parking lot though getting back on to Fairview/Tyvola going westbound is a challenge.

5stars all day everyday. The coffee is always amazing and there's very few Caribous in Charlotte. We drive 30 min there and back home everyday just for it. There's nothing like it. #I❤️CaribouCoffee

I love this place! Amazing coffee and nice atmosphere. All the employees are very friendly and do an amazing job except for one. I don’t know her name but it’s the Asian girl who ALWAYS had an attitude. I mean every single time I come in. Regardless if she is the one taking my order or making the coffee it’s always wrong she either makes it wrong at the bar or rings it up wrong on purpose and I’m sick of it. Makes the experience unpleasant. I wish she would be fired already but other than that I love this place. If they replaced her with any other employee like the rest of them this place would be 10/10.

The iced oat milk latte with honey is phenomenal! Hazel helped me pick the perfect drink. Also, bring your reusable cups… they’ll put your drink in it. :)
