First time visiting this restaurant and the food was delicious. The picture shown is my husband's meal: Leanguini Rose with Impossible Chicken. I had the Pesto Cavatappi with Grilled Chicken. However, I was so greedy and forgot to take that picture, lol...it was delicious! I was told the garlic bread is very good, but we didn't get it this time around.

We are familiar with this chain so decided to give a try this location, it didn't disappoint! Great customer service and the chicken parm was really tasty! Good prices too

Update: 11/25/2020 - The local management contacted me about our previous experience and offered a chance to redeem themselves with free meals. We took them up on the offer today. We had a very different experience today. Clearly we had caught them on a bad day before. Today was a good day. The staff was courteous and professional. The dining room was clean and tidy. We were there around 1:30 and there were a couple of other tables with diners. Our meals came quickly and were hot and full of flavor, our server delightful and perky! We all loved our meals and are making plans to return. Give them a try!

The food was okay. I'd heard it was outstanding so I was disappointed that it wasn't to that standard. It tasted fine but was lukewarm. The worse part was the dining room. Every table was dirty. We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come clean the dining room after they were told there were no longer ANY clean places for patrons.

This was a great meal for the price. I ordered the Spicy Peanut Sauté and added Chicken; this was only $9.50, not bad! It was delicious and I would definitely get it again, I added some red pepper chili flakes so I don’t know how spicy/hot it really was, but again, really good. Customer service representative was like most people at restaurants where you order at the counter, indifferent at best. I don’t take stars off for this anymore, this is the consensus around the nation, now. They also had Spindrift for sale, which I always get when offered. Nice environment and seemed clean. Definitely would come back. Hope you enjoy!

Korean spicey noodles were saucy, with just the right amount of spice. They tasted great and I was so happy they had chop sticks. It made my eating experience so much more enjoyable when I went back and got them.

The food is tasty and hot, and the two young ladies in the front were accommodating and gave me wonderful service. They even bought the food out to my daughter and I while as we decided to eat our waited pick up order alfresco. It was a great overall experience.

I was in and out quickly. I placed my order on the app, and my order was ready in 10 minutes. The gentleman who greeted me and handed me my order was pleasant and courteous.

Decent food for the price. The flavor was good for both meals we ordered. Got the spicy tomato penne and Korean beef noodles.
Like that they offer zucchini noodles and will probably try that next time.

My 1st time eating there and it was good. I would recommend this place. It didn't take long for the food to come out & it was fresh and lukewarm could hve been a little hotter but it wasn't bad. I had the asparagus & zucchini w/lemon sauce. My boyfriend had spicy beef noodles he said it was good as well.

Tried the food for the first time today, did not like it at all. Got the Japanese Pan Noodles with pork. Noodles tasted like they had been sitting in the bottom of a pot for a while and the only pork they had was pulled pork (which the menu didn't state). Kids buttered noodles was good either; dry noodles with Italian seasoning sprinkled on top served with unseasoned par cook carrots. Asked for refund, manager (Daniel B) stated they would have to send me a check since the cashier who took my order was gone. Guess next time I need to go after shift change!

My husband had the korean beef bowl. Which was fine. I had the buttered noodles size small. We both left hungry. Both iced teas were empty. Our food came luke warm. The cashier was rude. I won't cast his name. But we both left still hungry. Needless to say we wont be coming back. So sad as this was our first time.
