I love this location! It's very well decorated and it's always very clean. I've been to many ice cream/frozen yogurt places with very sticky counter tops and tables but I've never had that problem here. I'm a big fan of the popping boba!

I had been coming here for about 4years now and I love how they play Christian music. Now, u don't have to weigh in your ice cream, anymore. You jus pay for the sizes of the cups now! I love the varieties and all the toppings you want!

The staff members here are friendly, and customer service is a big deal to me. The store is always clean when I come in, and there cups/ spoons are always fully stocked. I also love how you’re able to add toppings yourself. The overall aesthetic of the place makes me feel like a kid again.

We went to grab a sweet treat and surprisingly found that this location does "no weigh wednesdays" they charge by the size. Which made my boys and my husband very happy(photo). Their cups were overflowing with toppings. We will for sure be back next time we are in Charlotte.

We go almost every Sunday the kids love the wide selection of toppings and I love that it’s a healthier choice than ice cream and also if your lactose intolerant it tastes just like ice cream we can’t tell no difference and the staff is always friendly I highly recommend sweet frog to all of my friends and family.

Someone brought their dog in. A pug. It was sitting on the table. They were feeding it ice cream while sitting on the table. One of the employees was petting the dog, then went behind the counter without washing her hands, then was pouring ice cream. Never washed. Gross. That dog's butt was sitting on the table where people eat. Absolutely disgusting.

I love this sweet frog! They have my favorite flavor combos with the raspberry pomegranate and mango mix and then all the fresh fruit toppings like strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, raspberries, and then whipped cream! The one in ballentyne is awful so I'm so glad this one is so lovely. And the people are so nice and helpful!
